It really needs renovation soon. I think keeping it vintage is great but wear and tear items should be replaced.

The staff is excellent and the location of the hotel. The sauna and spa facilities overlooking a great view is nice.

The pool out side close at 8:00 pm in winter, which is a bit too early from my point of view. Hotel offers shuttle car to the bus station which is nice, however, only start from 9:00 am. Nevertheless: Only takes 3-10 mins to walk depends snowing or not ( even with luggage)

The hotel has a quite long history. it brings you a feeling of “old”, but everything is maintained in a good and clean way. therefore you feel really relax and happy there. The pool outside is not so big but more than enough. You won’t feel crowded ( I tried 3 times at very different time). actually most of the time you meet 0-4 other guests there. the Sauna is right next to the outside pool. No special rules there, you use the facility in a way as you feel comfortable (feels at home). Everyone from the hotel is super nice ( staffs and other guests ) Breakfast is also good enough, but not premium yet.

The location of the hotel , the family atmosphere , clean large rooms with beautiful view and the nice and professional staff. It has all the facilities that you need to have relaxed stay . I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel , the nice ladies at the reception, restaurant staff and Room service staff . I had comfortable stay at the hotel .

We ordered some milk for oor Coffee in our room. The man came over to our room and asked us to pay room Service of 14 SF for the Coffee Milk - rediculos. When we canceled he became very rude. We drank our Coffee black, of course 🙂. I didn't ask for his name but he was the older service man, I m sure the management will recognise him. In adfition, the matrass was too soft.

The young Lady at the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. She was in shift Thursday 4.7 evening upon our arrival and asisted along our visit and she was welcoming to any request.

My wife and I come to this hotel constantly in June, for 10 years. We booked a suite on the fourth floor. Very like. Quiet, calm, excellent cuisine, with a large selection of hot dishes ... (thank you to the chef). Always ordered (every day) through the room service dinner to your room (hot dishes, according to the restaurant menu). This year, on the fourth day of our stay (June 30), an incomprehensible incident occurred ... The representative of the room service refused to accept our order for dinner, according to the menu from the restaurant, informing us that they do not bring hot dishes from the restaurant.... ??! And only when I came to the reception myself and began to prove that in the previous days we always made our order for dinner in this way (at the reception they even checked our orders on the computer ...), the order for dinner was accepted ... This An incomprehensible incident left an unpleasant memory in our souls ... We have a request to the hotel administration: remember the habits of your regular customers and treat them with respect. A recommendation: enjoy the wonderful thermal pools and other facilities at the hotel. The public spas in Leukenbad were horrid.

We loved everything at Hotel Les Sources des Alps. It was 5 Star in every way. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well-supplied. The bathroom was light, bright and large. Breakfast was one of the best we enjoyed in 7 weeks of travel in Switzerland. The thermal pools were a huge delight. The water temperature was perfect with just the right amount of jets. We look forward to returning and spending several relaxing days here.

I like their Thermal pool and Sauna. The Suite room is big and the bed good for three person and their Sofa bed can also for three person. The view is fantastic.

Restaurant was not enough level as one in 5 stars hotel. this was most disappointed point for me. I expected finer and dedicated dishes. the second evening we went bar instead of restaurant. A reception brand lady was a bit arrogant, makes me feel bad. Others are nice.

The building is rather old , the services and facilities are indeed 5 stars, but it is the old school 5 stars, and not what we would call 5 stars nowadays.

-dated rooms -sauna/hammam in the mrng were not hot -dirty glasses in the room and some hair -empty boxes for shower cap/sewing -breakfast rather poor and need to wait a while -restaurant really low quality on the eve we were having good rate, as a low season, but I won’t consider it as 5* especially for Switzerland. price/quality doesn’t match.

Thermal pool as a purpose of visit. nice welcoming in the room. all good in general, but rather basic. very comfortable bed. not too much people.good bar. sort of best option with private thermal pools in the village.

Loved the pool and the spa. Great sauna and hammam. Receptionist staff were very helpful. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Great breakfast with both hot and cold possibilities.
