A few things were lacking in the kitchen. No dishwasher tablets and only one very thin chux supplied. No spare rubbish bin liners either. Some tall water glasses would be good too. There were only two and the rest all spirit sized glasses.

Location and views were fantastic. Comfort was excellent. Great bed and lounge area with recliners. Heaps of lighting and fantastic facilities in the unit.

there were no pool towels. we had to go and buy our own. also we were only issued 1 towel each for a weeks stay but we probably should have been given 2 sets of towels each and 2 sets of hand towels and flannels so we could use the fresh set while the others were being washed and dried. no flannels at all were issued. we also went and bought flannels.

very clean and spacious. kitchen was well equipped. beds were comfy. good location if you want to be away from the busy areas. a great place to stay.

really have only very minor criticisms. would have loved a comfortable sun lounger or seat on the balcony to enjoy the spectacular view. table and chairs only weren’t conducive to relaxation. also a coffee maker of some description would be great . it’s my third stay and each time I have to buy an espresso stove top machine.

We didn’t have a vehicle so used Uber to get around. It was a little further away from things than we anticipated.

A nice tidy apartment complex. It had all the facilities you would expect from a quality set up. The beach was just over the road.

Location on the waterfront, and as we had a high level unit we had unobstructed views from Coolangatta to Surfers. The property was very well maintained and cleanliness was of a standard not often seen in a seaside rental unit. Facilities were excellent, including pool, spa, gym, sauna and barbecue area. There was easy entry to the underground parking, with reserved parking for each unit.

The location directly opposite Burleigh Heads beach and on.y a short walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants makes it an ideal location to relax and unwind.

Maybe have cleaners check items in kitchen are clean from previous guests. We came across a few unclean items - pots, plates, cutlery. Not a major but a little off putting and just something to be mindful of when getting place ready for next guests.

Great sized unit, very comfortable, wonderful view of the ocean. Staff were very welcoming, attentive and prompt to fix small issues. Easy access to shops, cafes etc. A lovely stay and will book again.

Only provided one singular use small sachets of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, laundry powder, and a quarter of a chux cleaning cloth and two toilet rolls...as we were only there only 8 days didn't want to have to purchase all these items. Did ask reception and was told they don't usual give these out but gave me one extra of each...really needed at least 3 of each for our stay...also towels were changed only once and no laundry powder left to wash them. Oven was extremely difficult to use as was old and no number left on it, toaster was also difficult to get it to stay down

The ocean view was not close to what was displayed in the advertised photos (we were on level 7 so trees obscured it). Decor was pretty kitschy in our apartment and some of it was dusty. I was expecting a bath as it was listed in the description but the apartment only had showers. Only very minimal “essentials” supplied, eg. no tea bags, only two bin bags and two rolls of toilet paper for a 5 night stay.

Location was great, common areas were impeccably maintained, reception staff were nice, property was really quiet. Comfy bed and recliners in lounge.
