Noisy location

For what we paid you could do better. We were on the top floor at the back, it was noisy at night as sounds travel from adjoining street where the backpackers hotel is, and people shouting etc. Unit was ok, not particularly clean, bathroom drain smelt, mould on tiles and grout on floor tiles needs a good bleach, roof top gardens were disgusting and dirty, mouldy.outdoor carpet, could do with a real upgrade both inside and out. Pool needs painting. Bed was clean though. Be prepared for the noise from the birds in the trees out on the road, they are pretty dam loud at sunset and sunrise and if a disturbance occurs in the middle of the night. Probably wouldn't stay here again as there are better options available. We stayed in a different place In Cairns at beginning of holiday, a week earlier and it was much superior for about the same price. Just couldn't get in there again for these nights.

Fairly good location, over road from Woolworths supermarket, booked only for cooking facilities, parking and washing machine and dryer in apartment. Only stayed 2 nights.

An update of the apartment is needed.

The staff were very helpful at check-in and check-out, even allowing us to leave the car in the car park for a couple of extra hours. The apartment itself was a little bit 'tired' but everything worked and it was clean. The location is very good with easy access to the Lagoon, Aquarium, Esplanade, etc. A quick, comfortable stay.

The taps in the washroom could not be completely turned off. The tap dripped 24/7. The lights in the living room did not work. Water was dripping through the ceiling onto the carpet in he living room. We set a bowl out to catch the water. The last two items were reported to the front desk.

The location was awesome, we were able to walk to the places we wanted to see. Lagoon, Reef Terminal, aquarium.

rubbish bin in underground carpark was overflowing with bagged rubbish - and I'm expected to cart my rubbish down to underground car park ! I won't ever leave a room dirty, but I think I ought to be able to leave rubbish in its plastic bag, in the kitchen bin. With out the threat of a penalty charge !

The floors of our room definitely could have used a mop before we came and the bath/showers waterpresure wasn't the best. In addition, not having an oven was a bit inconvenient and the outdoor furniture was definitely lacking, and one piece was falling apart in places

The postion is a ten minute walk to the ocean, and Woolworths and bws are right across the street. Clubs and food are also walkable, so there is no need for ubers on a night out. The pool was lovely and clean.

The Inn Cairns is in a great location to everything from supermarkets, shopping malls and transport, we have stayed there before and would also stay there next time

It could have been cleaner, the pots and pans etc were still dirty, it was dirty inside the kitchen drawers etc... And it would have been nice to have a second set of keys so we didn't have to stay together the whole time.

The apartment was spacious and had everything you need for a short stay.

The birds were really noisy 😒 but that's to be expected!! It was perfect for our requirements

Quick overnight stay - have stayed here a number of times and will continue to stay here whenever we are in Cairns. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Sometime there was a bit of street noise, but I think you would get that from most accommodation in the area and you can't help the local birds flying in.

The location was excellent, able to walk to everything in the city and close to restaurants, chemists and supermarkets. The room had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and good linen, especially the pillows. There are two tv's sorting out the channels was a bit difficult. The room was very clean, air conditioning worked very well and had everything we needed, fridge was small but suited our needs. Plenty of parking if hiring a car.
