Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThe fact that you could not get any food or drinks on a public holiday. I have never heard the likes of it and there really is nothing within walking distance to feed and water yourself. There was no mention of this when making the booking. Plus they were also without power for a few hours on one of the days. I know that’s out of their control but they probably should have a backup generator for core services. I was trying to work with no WiFi

AustraliaThe shower was very slow to drain and water would pool up as you shower. TVs use a very glitchy and outdated system. In need of an update! - No modern streaming services available. Amenities such as milk were kept at reception rather than in the room??
Food + entertainment at the restaurant was great! We also enjoyed the pool and the beds were comfortable.

Lovely Hotel. Comfortable bed and good size room. Public transport easily accessible. Great deck area overlooking the river for food, drink and a relax.

AustraliaDidn’t like that the price was elevated because of the Coldplay concert instead of paying $250-300 we payed $622. Really disappointed that properties can do this. I really can’t believe this is legal. All the hotels in Perth did this over the weekend.
