    Well the bed was HUGE BUT the sheets were not, so on each side, neither end was tucked in, purely because the sheets were not big enough! And the lighting in the shower was dim, so really hard to see..... No bottled water supplied, which for such a price per night we'd expect that it would be. No hand towels supplied either!

    the beds were huge and I mean HUGE! King plus a single, HUGE.... Bathroom was a good size too.

    I had requested an extra blanket. This was not fulfilled. Therefor3 2 two cold nights sleep even though aircon was on, it was really loud, think it needs a service.

    The $500 dollar bond which is deducted from the guest credit card and held by the hotel for up to 14 days. There should be a better way of taking and returning bond than that. May be pre authorisation then releasing the funds when the guest has checked out.

    The location close to the airport. The restaurant staff were very friendly. At check in the staff member was very helpful. I needed some printing done and they made that possible for me even though there was no business centre. Thank you!!

    Small cups for coffee. Need mugs. No blanket on bed. With doona and no blanket, sleeping was either too hot or too cold. Unable to get good night's sleep. Noise from room 37 until 01.30 stopped me from getting good sleep.

    Good view of Swan River from my room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Staff helped organize transport/taxi to airport

    asking if we could put our cases in the room as we were told it was ready for us and being charged $25.0 . It was obvios that the hotel was not very busy so why the extra payment to regulars?

    Restaurant although niocely appointed and huge and the food was nice, although cold, sent back food as it was very cold three times. Even got restaurant staff to feel how cold it was all times. Eventually heated and was actually very nice but disappointed. Cost of drinks in restaurant were also very expensive.

    Great surprise, the rooms are very well appointed and are so comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are of very high quality and awesome shower. The rooms are large and super comfortable, huge bed. All in all a great stay and will certainly be coming back.

    Shower not hot, not enough towels (two bath towels and two bath mats for three guests). No food available on a public holiday.

    The restaurant prices were excessive and the meals resembled pub meals. Both male and female toilets had blockages for over 24 hours?

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good.

    Tis not clean. Gordon Ramsey would have a fit!

    The desk clerk failed to tell me that the internet was down. This was really important at the time. When I complained, she offered a reduction on the room rate, but then argued that no reduction had been authorized when I checked out (on a Sunday). The manager did not call me back the next day as promised. I held off for a couple of days awaiting that call. It's a second rate operation, not a four star hotel.

    An employee was very helpful in allowing me to use her phone to establish my Telstra pre-paid account when the hotel's internet was out of service. I had just arrived from overseas.

    $500 deposit refundable in 14 days??? surely that’s illegal??? and very slow check out- only one staff member on. And though I was getting pool view but had car park view

    I have stayed in 4 and 5 stars hotels before, and I was disappointed with this hotel as I think they could have provided more for the guests in the rooms, like bath robes, note pads, bath room items comb, razor kits etc, which are normally supplied in this level of hotels. Also there where no information about the surrounding area or places of interest near by. No rubbish bin in the room only in the bath room. Just minor things but I think should be part of a 4 star hotel. Also I asked for a Happy Birthday sign to be put in the room when I booked this hotel, but was told they don’t offer that kind of service which I thought was very unprofessional. What would it of taken just to do a little extra !

    We didn’t have breakfast, I thought I had booked with breakfast but when I asked I was told I didn’t book. The room was a good size clean and tidy. The hotel is in a peaceful location, with a short walk to the river.
