Beds are good but the mattress is soft and it's not good for my back pain. Shower room should upgrade a little bit.

Everything is excellent. Good recommend to everyone about this Jacaranda guesthouse. Acceptable price included nice breakfast, and tea, milk, WIFI at room. I like the location, clean, calm, good breakfast and friendly staff.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Jacaranda Guest House was very clean. The continental breakfast was excellent. A fridge and microwave was in the lounge for guests to use and there was coffee, tea and biscuits available at all times. The bed was very comfortable and having a dual control electric blanket was a bonus. The location was excellent and just a short stroll to the Bussellton Jetty and shops.

I couldn't get the air conditioner to work so the room was very cold. Bed and pillows were passable but only just.

Good location. Homely and old-fashioned feeling BnB.

The room was OK, but very basic, although a chair would have been nice to at least be able to sit for your first cuppa. The breakfast was not as pictured in the ad, old bananas, not beautiful melon mix. The gent was very nice and helpful.

The location was wonderful. The gardens were nice.

    Nothing

The breakfast was just perfect, a variety of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, cheese and ham. Anne made a plunger coffee every morning which was perfect. In the communal lounge there was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, savoury and sweet biscuits, muesli bars etc. A microwave was available for heating dinners. The guesthouse is close to everything and we literally parked our car at the start of the holiday and could walk everywhere. In Fig Tree Lane there is an awesome yoga studio and the Instructors were some of the best I've worked with. Busselton is just the perfect family destination. Beach, parks, cinemas, cafes and a friendly population. Wonderful anytime of the year. ☺️

Nothing to not like, that's why I'm a return customer.

The manager couple are real assets: helpful with info, knowledgable, hospitable, offer lifts, etc. The property looks like a home and functions like one, very homely. It's right at the city centre, close to everything.

I felt misunderstood with the people running the guest house although I was not feeling too well At the time maybe 🤔 that was. Just something I assumed at the time All in all they left me alone to enjoy my stay in Busselton and I had use of the ammenities with the guest house so it was a pleasant time considering .

The breakfast that had been advertised as Continental Did not meet my own personal expectations

There was a communal area with fridges etc I opened one of the fridges to get a bottle of water and the stench was very unpleasant! The whole place needs a revamp and a very good clean.

Within walking distance to the Busselton Jetty.

We did not get the room as specified in our booking. It seemed to be a converted shed at the bottom of the garden. Certainly nowhere near the 4 star rating as stated in the description. Room was very restricted for space as there was an extra bed crammed in. Very uncomfortable stay. Room and bathroom need a serious update to come anywhere near 4 star.

    Location. In town.
