finding ear buds, lollies, toys and a cut hose under the furniture. the tight car park. no lifts. hearing the people above you at night walking around and flushing toilets etc. no spare plastic bin liners for rubbish. double bed not comfy and sheets didn’t fully cover bed.

close proximity to beach, Maroochydore CBD and shops. spacious rooms, reverse cycle aircon and the unit being fully contained. loved the cute coffee cups and the room decor.

The hot water in unit was seriously dangerous with its heat. Too many stairs, it's not good for people that have bad knees or asthma. If we knew this we would not have stayed here

Instructions to enter car park advised to use a key, however there was a keypad instead and passcode not explicitly provided. This was very frustrating. Likewise kept to take lift down to basement was bent and instructions a bit vague. Wifi info supposed to be on fridge was not there. However manager did quickly rectify these issues.

i found a couple random things like a hat and vapes under the bed and in the wardrobe so it made me think the room wasn’t cleaned properly

The amount of stairs to walk up to unit from carpark & that pool wasn't heated

The elevator wasn't working and signage for the apartments was non existence exspecially when trying to access from the car parking had no idea where each apartment was even the map we were given wasn't helpful

Car park was hard to get in and out of, that's individual car spots too tight. Could of done with a toilet down stairs.

The duplex layout was good, close walking distance to shops, beach etc. Excellent value for money

if I was being super picky just the blinds need to be updated as couple were missing or broken.

very comfortable & great location. our room had a smart tv which was amazing for the kids on rainy weather days! can’t wait to come back & stay again.

Blinds in the units could do with some maintenance, if I was being picky, but the accommodation was more than adequate for our needs.

Spacious unit, had all the conveniences and amenities we required, and also some missing from more expensive accommodation such as a dishwasher, dryer, and Smart TV to chromecast or use Netflix, which was a nice bonus. The grounds were well kept and luscious with greenery, the pool area was also tidy and well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Will come back again!

My apartment was very dated. Screens were dusty, ceiling fans dusty, picture frames dusty. Hard to Lock Screen and door. Very old style in every way.
