From the outset, reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I had booked two rooms and asked for them to be side by side if possible and was very pleased to find they had allocated rooms as requested. The rooms themselves were very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable, so were the pillows. The rooms had their own little verandah with outdoor setting that overlooked a large lawned area and gardens that were well maintained. Overall a great well looked after property that I'd have no hesitation in staying at again. Would definitely recommend.

Well located in town to be able to walk to the national park from the doorstep, and also a 20 minute stroll downhill to town for dinner. The walk back uphill is a challenge but good for the digestion. The King bed was very comfortable and we had the longest sleep in months.

As above- toiletries pre-used, one cracked glass, dogs staying in rooms, noise carries well between walls- suggest that hosts spend a night between occupied rooms to experience this.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The refurbished rooms are good. The toiletries NEED to be removed after the previous guests - the shampoo and conditioner were half used. The boxes w other supplies were soiled/ water stained. The soap bars were new and lovely. The toiletries do need to look fresh and clean. Towels were great. The quilts were between two sheets ( this means that they "fell away" from the quilt during the night). The quilts should be inside a quilt cover please. Beds were great otherwise. Sound between rooms is quite bad- we could hear almost every word the neighbours said- until 12:05am, and they moved chairs etc noisily. A dog was STAYING as a guest inside Room 1 on Saturday and Sunday- we were not happy with this- which includes its barking.Is this "pet friendly" accommodation? The electric bikes are not available as per website ( explained as an insurance liability by reception). All this aside , the location and price made it okay - as there may be limited option for three guests sharing one room in Pemberton.

Light outside the room doesn’t turn off at night, making it very bright. Rooms are quite outdated and curtains could be do with replacing, but was still clean.

Beautiful property, easy and quick check in, bbq facilities and you can get things etc from reception, and rooms come with all the cutlery you need. Small but clean and well maintained pool. Room was clean.
