The food was not so good as we expected and some things were broken in the room (window not opening properly, some things in the bathroom)

Staff was very accommodating for any of our requests. Very friendly and helpful. Provided an area to store our bicycles as we were bicycle touring.

the breakfast could be a bit more curated: less industrial products, more home made stuff. The home made cakes were very tasty, while the freezed croissants are avoidable.

Uncomfortable bed , problems getting any hot water . And never hot enough . Breakfast stuff poor and never replaced . Not so good value for money .

Would be nicer if the kitchen has utilities, we could have cooked something. Would be nicer if the bathroom was clean but it wasnt:::

I booked for two nights. The first night I was freezing cold even though I notified the reception. He turned on the heat two hours after which it was cold all night. In the morning, a huge puddle in the room. Non-existent breakfast at the time set by the hotel. The second night I got another room and the reward for the first night - I didn't have to pay anymore. so I paid for the second night with breakfast in the morning which was impossible. I didn't eat even though I was charged for it. Taking into account that it is Italy, the country with a tradition in coffee, they had a coffee machine made of chemical powders, not real coffee. This is a shame.

Due to the problems of cold and flooding on the first night, I didn't have to sleep the first night.

Very strange build hotel, aesthetically terrible. Cannot fathom how it’s classed as a four star by booking, poor by booking. Large group (assume school kids) making noise until late on our first night, not ideal, acoustic performance of the rooms was non existent. Mains water pipe must of passed our room as every-time someone ran water from any room it made a terrible noise. I think we paid about £100 a night, I’d expect to pay about half of that for the quality of hotel. If you can find it for circa £50 a night you’d be getting a fair deal.

Pool looked half decent but we didn’t have the time to use it. Rooms a good size.

We rented an apartment/suite with kitchenette. This was unusable as not equipped. Staff insisted they were not for use. This was not made clear by Booking.com or Toscana Verde websites. We had expected to be self catering. Incurred extra expense eating out for 5 of us we had not budgeted for. Tried twice to get staff to remedy kitchen situation, they said they could not. 2 days before the end of holiday they then said kitchenette could be used because Booking.com had challenged them to sort it out after we officially complained. All they did was turn hot water on. Nothing to cook with. Too little too late. Really sad as we had waited years to revisit this beautiful hotel with our children. Staff tried to be helpful but all very disorganised.

Beautiful location. Beautiful pool. Potential for an amazing holiday.

The owner, who is also the manager, is not at all interested in her guests. I asked to meet with her, to discuss something I was not happy with, and was told she'll be there in 10 minutes. Then I was asked to wait another 5 minutes as she was on her way. Then they told me that she was not coming and my only option was to deal with the reception staff. I asked them to let her know that I was not happy and would appreciate it if she contacted me. I stayed for 2 nights but never heard from her. Shame!

The Room was really big and clean... Beautiful view on the swimming pool. I love the lunch menu offer , and I really enjoy the Half Board Menu for dinner... Suggested for Family Vacations

We stayed 3 nights with my family and everything was lovley starting from the room to the restaurant the staff was really nice, we were luky with the weather because we used the fantastic pool that they have in the middle of the green, we will be back for sure

A huge building which was a Tobacco Factory for Sigaro Toscano, we just stayed one night we tried the restaurant and the Spa, evrything was really good in a Familiar atmosphere, really suggested
