Ambience, facilities, breakfast, cleanliness and host. It was so peaceful, the spaces grand and made you feel liked you had the entire place to yourself. The artifacts and artwork added to the character of the property. We felt extremely welcome and privileged to stay here.

I would prefer if all the bedding was changed instead of just the sheets. The Diona cover should get changed with every guest not just the sheets.

Fabulous hosts, couldn’t do enough for us. Even did special shop to provide vegan options for my breakfast. Clean and beautifully decorated. Felt very lavish and luxurious and relaxing. Location was perfect, very quiet and peaceful but close to shops and restaurants

Everything was excellent, the accomodation , beautiful, clean and very quiet, not noisy like bigger hotels, the breakfast was lovely and great hospitality, with complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates.

I couldn’t think of anything that was missing or not of excellent standard. The whole experience was beyond what we expected.

Exceptional accomodation in every way, every detail had been thought of and supplied. The breakfast was good and generous and the hosts were welcoming , friendly yet professional.

Breakfast options were limited, but adequate. In saying that, the cooked breakfast was still quite satisfying and we had no complaints whatsoever !

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect about this property. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Our host, Phil made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a hotel. We even received a room upgrade upon arrival and the complimentary chocolates and wine was a very nice surprise. We can be a little bit pedantic when we stay places. However this place thought of all those little things to make the stay extra comfortable, such as a noise proof room, blockout blinds etc. the list goes on. The property is also a lovely short walk to the town centre, so it is close enough to all of the shops and cafes but far enough away to feel secluded. Highly recommended and we will be staying here again.

Location. The hosts and just the general 'vibe' of the entire place. As you drive up to the building there is an element of wow factor. Comfy beds and beautiful facilities.

Absolutely everything! Amazing property, friendly staff, the breakfast was delicious and had a gorgeous view. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. The included parking was a bonus. Overall had a fantastic stay & would recommend to everyone for a little country getaway.

We had a mini honeymoon and so lucky that we booked Kerami Manor! Phil and Harry made us feel extremely welcome the moment we arrived. We had the massage during our stay and it's so heavenly and wish we can do it again! Marysville is such a beautiful town and so many things to explore especially if you're into nature. Special thank you to Phil for helping us out with our car situation and we truly grateful for your help! Hope to be back again sometime this year :) Happy New Year!

The place was so quite and comfortable , our room was so beautiful and clean it was so easy to get to everything and everywhere . We felt so special and spoilt especially at breakfast . Will definately be back next year
