Needing key to get into carpark and apartment and only having two keys between 5 of us, also the rooms were not very clean

The couches were pretty uncomfortable and could do with being replaced. I am being picky here but as we stayed 5 nights it bothered me a little. The unit would benefit from a coffee machine.

Apartment 19 is spacious and had plenty room for our family. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed time on the balcony despite the construction. We were notified in advance which I appreciated as it was pretty loud and could have otherwise been disappointing. But I just put my headphones in! Kids loved the pool area and overall location is great.

They locked up rooms so it ment that the only bathroom was the poke ensuite.

Location location (perfect) 2 minute walk to surf club; restaurants; hotel; (Car not needed)….all the comforts of Home… Staff very pleasant & helpful.. Would definitely stay again recommend to others..

Fantastic location, lovely and spacious. Really appreciated that we got our request of ground floor and next to our family in another apartment and loved the big balcony area. Grounds and pool area kept beautifully.

Pool furniture could do with an upgrade and quite expensive whilst the building works in the vicinity are taking place.

Location was great but the extensive building works in the surrounding location was not conducive for a relaxing holiday. We were warned about this before we arrived however not until we had booked and paid. Half a day of our short stay the pool was out of action for cleaning. The gardens were lovely and the staff particularly helpful. Brunta even helped us to our 3rd floor apartment with our luggage and Adam responded to an email request for the wifi code as our information sheet was left in reception. Our mistake.

Too many high apartment blocks in Coolangatta

The underground parking to the apartments, doesn't have a lift to any apartments😦😧😯. So if you are up 3 . 4..5.. levels, you have to drag your luggage, suitcases 🧳 up the stairwell, 😦😧☹️😮 That's no easy feat in itself 🙁 Certainly not suitable for older seniors. Young families with little ones. Unless they can be on the ground floor. Other than that, we had a wonderful.stay . If it wasn't for the absence of lifts, I'd bring my family with their children, babies there gladly I have to say, with sadness 😔 we will look at other places. 🙂🩷🩵🙏

On arrival, I went to the reception, found reception staff very polite, helpful, answered all my questions with lovely attitudes.🙂 The apartment was great, spacious, clean lovely. 👌 A/C plus 🙂 nice view of the beach ⛱️ from our balcony. Poolside was lovely, spa gorgeous 😍 Plenty of poolside lounge chairs to relax on🙂🤩 The whole experience was beautiful 🙂😘💕🧡 💕🩵🙏

The pool, location and the accommodation. Very close to amenities. Not too far from Gold Coast. The apartment was clean

Lots of construction work nearby and no visitor parking.

Location across the park from Kirra Beach. Good size pool with hot spa. Liked that it was not a huge tower and had easy access to the unit.

It's not Kirra Palms fault, but there have been big buildings built in front of it now, compared to last time I went. Last time there was a much clearer unobstructed view of the ocean. Also no luggage lift, so but of a trudge carrying heavy bags up stairwells.

Pool and spa were great! So close to the beach and restaurants/cafes. Secure parking.

having to take rubbish out at check out. Had 2 kids on my own staying on top floor and had to do multiple trips as it was without also taking rubbish out. Having a cactus at 'baby reaching zone'- he grabbed it and got prickles all over his hands before we noticed it.
