The room smelled smoky and I got a non-smoking room. I sprayed it with air freshener good and it helped a little.

The bedding was very clean, I hated the smell of the product they use for washing the sheets, etc.. Suggestion: Perhaps in your wash you purchase smell good salts. Beds were very comfortable.

There was definitely a musty smell in the room and in the hotel generally. There was pretty severe water damage in one corner of the bathroom - so I do think there are moisture issues throughout. But everything was fine and comfortable enough for me when I stayed. Also, this hotel is really in Hope Hull, so it's a ways out of Montgomery, but in my opinion that's fine since it's not like you need or want to be in downtown Montgomery.

The room was large with a separate seating area and the bed was comfortable. The room was also quiet. The shower was also really good with great water pressure. Overall, it was definitely a good value for the money. I also liked that there was a McDonald's and Starbucks very close to the motel.

It smelled like Urine when I walked into the building. The room didn't smell clean either. They only had one vending machine. It had several broken buttons and I couldn't get a diet drink or a water. The lamp in the room was broken too.

It was quiet and in a good area with low traffic.

Toilet ran all night. The front desk told me that no maintenance person was available but he would come and try to fix. He never came. I was told no other room was available. TV remote would not turn off so I had to unplug TV to turn off. I requested that my Choice card points be applied and was asked for # I gave him # and He entered into computer. He said done. After leaving desk, I read on my receipt that points could not be applied because of the rate I paid for the room. Breakfast was the simplest that I have ever seen in any hotel. Cereal was not fresh. Finally, people were lined up to check in and computer was down. That was handled ok but there were too many problems.

Bed was comfortable, room temperature was good, shower was good.

Breakfast was advertised but not really available. I asked for a late checkout (1pm) but the gentleman at check in could only give us the room until 12.... It was not a busy day with customers, so with a little effort on his side, he could easily have accommodated us. Over all, too expensive for what we got....

The location is not the best - right on entrance ramp to interstate. Lots of noise. Area looks very run down. Hotel was probably older and has been updated a time or two. Room had a very musty smell. Due to COVID - no breakfast nor pool.

The price was right. The bed was comfortable. Easy on and off of interstate.

We were told that checkout was at 11:00. However we tried getting back into our room at 9:30 after having breakfast and our cards were deactivated. We were unable to get into our room and had to get our card reactivated.

Location was great. Convenient from the freeway and close to restaurants.

the ventilation fan in the bathroom did not work and I had to go to the front desk 3 times because one of the keys would not work! I was not able to get the TV channels that I was used to getting. Saw a couple of young guys in the parking lot just looking at vehicles that were parked there, it made me a little eerie.

I've stayed at this location several times before and have never really had any complaints. I like the location and the fact that it's close to restaurants.
