Little bathroom and wasn't able too enjoy outside because of rain 😔

We noticed this because of the weather we had (very wet), there was no door mat or anything at the front door so we had to use bath towels to clean the floor when it was wet from coming in and out of the car with kids and our gear. That small addition would have made a difference.

The location was absolutely gorgeous. I loved that we scored the cabin across from the jumping balloon and park. The parking spot in front of the cabin is good.

It was a little far from Nelson Bay which is where we spent a lot of time, but we didn't factor this in when we booked, besides it was only a half hour drive.

Awesome place with lots of activities for the kids. Cabin was the perfect size. We loved our stay!

The mattresses on the bunk beds are quiet hard and noisy, as a result they we're uncomfortable to sleep on. Cabin was clean and tidy but could use a good spring clean and some windows need locks replaced as they were unable to be locked/secured when we were not in our cabin.

Facilities are good and location is great, cabin was comfortable enough and a good size for our family. The park is very peaceful and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A restaurant in park or Cafe, the caravans were infront of water view website photos were showing a nice water view but when we got there the caravans were so crowded in front of water, some of the bed covers were dirty in bunk beds, facilities were a bit old and not well maintained

Couch was very uncomfortable, felt cabin very small for price, but not a huge issue if you’re outside all day

The location is perfect but their cabin cleanliness and maintenance is poor. Taps leaking, not enough crockery and cutlery or utensils for cooking, sliding doors need fixing, no bed lamps, only the one mirror not consistent with the price charged. . About time roofs were cleaned of debris and. Avins had a good wash down.

Jetty & area near water need more maintenance Cleaning inside the room was average can be improved, but wasn't bad. No intercom to contact reception.

The property was massive with 3 very large rooms with own ensuites, plus a family bedroom section with another bathroom. Great outdoor area with a spa and unground pool, loads of parking and lots of space.

there was an ants nest in the light, which spread all over the main bed when the fan was switched on. On calling the owner, we were asked to spray the ants nest with surface spray, however, no replacement of linen was offered, despite the bed being absolutely covered in ants, and basically unusable. My husband slept on the lounge, and I placed a spare blanket over the bed to sleep. we checked in around 8pm, but no contact was made the next day to see if the problem had been resolved, or if replacement linen was required.
