We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PhilippinesThe floors could have been cleaner, we walked barefoot around the apartment for the duration of our stay and found the floors to be a bit dusty for walking barefoot. The bin though smelled like rubbish was in it for days, although the bag was empty. Too many things to read on before getting booked into the property - would have been helpful for a copy of the terms to be available for light reading in the apartment itself. :)
Check-in was a breeze! The all-around code was very helpful for getting in and around the property and its facilities. The apartment looked exactly what it did in the pictures - what you see is what you get. Good value for money on a last minute decision to travel down to Wollongong. Very clean and neutral smelling!

AustraliaThe blinds in the rooms aren’t great. I had to put a pillow up against it otherwise the sun was shining directly in. Also it was quite a windy night I stayed and the rubbish bins were on my floor. I could hear them smashing together during the night.
Brand new rooms, parking on location and close to the city center. Also liked that it has a code to get into from the front of the building. Quite secure for those traveling solo.

They offer very generously sized and modern apartments just a short walk from both the main shopping area (Wollongong Central) and the hospital. The parking is very easy and convenient. They were also very flexible and accommodating when we had to extend our stay a couple of times. The size and facilities were very useful as it allowed me to work remotely in comfort.
