Some of the beds probably need an update, but still ok for how long we stayed.

Location is fantastic, 3 bedroom apartment had lots of room for our family. Beds were ok, kitchen was good. I would stay there again.

Needs some minor maintenance- 1 bedroom top light didn’t work, carpet in 1 bedroom was stained, frypan in kitchen had a very loose handle.

I like to sleep with windows open - not that option with this apartment, as no windows to open with fly wire and locking capabilities. Slatted blinds in master didn't close for one window.

The property comes with an allocated underground parking space, which was twice occupied by another vehicle during our stay. When referring this to the staff at reception on one occasion they admitted it was their car. There was some visitor parking spaces but some of them are very tight to park in, which wasn’t ideal in a rental car. If parking is advertised as being part of the booking then it should be made available. This was unfortunate as everything else was good.

Great location across the road from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Property was on the ground floor with a nice terrace to sit on. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen for self-catering and very quiet. Pool was a bonus; heated and clean.

Everything was great. Apartment is an older style but advantage of size and views is worth it.

The size of the apartment was fantastic for a family of 5. Views from the balcony were outstanding!

The door lock was problematic ( key lock sticking) & caused a few issues & inconvenience over the course of our stay. Also we were disappointed that the spa wasn't heating up, & was inconveniently located in the basement carpark area.

Limited towels, and hygiene products provided - one single use sachet of detergent, dishwasher powder and laundry powder - definitely come prepared with your own if you book for a family.

We stayed at the Eclipse apartment 21. Location was excellent within walking distance to all venues. Secure parking is a bonus. We loved being opposite the ocean & the views were stunning 😍

Well equipped older style apartment with beautiful garden terrace. Opposite Broadbeach one side and quiet street on other. Lovely pool area. Walk to shopping centre. Very good value.

The bathroom was a bit moldy There were not lifts, 3 flights was tough on my older companion The front door was crazy with keys to get in And the tv kept logging out due to bad internet connection grrr

There was a lot of dust everywhere like the place needed a really good deep clean. They also didn’t have any basic staples like oil, salt and pepper to cook which was a bit annoying when you are on a short stay.

The location, size and facilities were great. The staff were lovely and available with anything we needed. they even had some beach toys for the kids that was great.

Not a lot of natural light in to apartment and lighting somewhat under par, but good enough for our stay.

Location perfect, short walk to Oasis shopping centre and one back from the beach. Reception staff very communicative as there were two occasions where service contractors needed access during our stay. Prompt resolution of issue during after hours check in by in person follow up when called after hours number. Spacious apartment with very good kitchen and laundry facilities. Comfortable beds and lounge seating.

Really needs an update, as in the bedroom window sill, the bathrooms need to be updated. The spa definitely needs to be moved and updated.

front window was too open, we couldn’t open the curtains to let light in as everybody could see in from the street. Also there were some issues with the showers not draining properly and some things in the bedrooms weren’t cleaned very well. also the single beds were a bit too short for my teenage children.
