Smelly , unwashed bed sheets , pillow, gutter hole of apartment is so nasty and you can see and smell the ordour coming from there. Bad manager who arrived in morning!! My stay was on 15 Dec.

Nothing good. Unclean bedsheet and pillow cover smelly . Hairs of previous person who came there maybe. Carpet wasn’t so clean. Bathroom was smelling. Bad experience overall. Manager Cherry told me to stay till 12 noon as I arrived early but in morning around 9:45 a guy knock door and open it to come inside no respect of privacy. Manager came then telling me to leave room at 10 am. She said Cherry previous manager duty finish at 4 am and she didn’t inform her that she allowed me to stay 12 as I check in very late at night. I was sleepy and I felt pressured and threatened by morning manager to leave room. After so much request she allowed me to stay till 10:30 am because I told I need to wrap up things and pack bags that’s why. As such no care very dry style. I will never book this place again. Any head of this hotel reading this comment please tell this morning manager to be kind and dun use words like “this lady” very cheap way she was saying “ this lady must leave within 30 min” she said to cleaner , eyes open wide. Please owner do something about her attitude.

when arriving they wanted to take my drivers license and credit card away to another office for verification???? the stair case area was very dirty and needed vacuuming and a good shampoo.

The staff didn't give clear directions once you arrived, and the security guard had to show us how to get to the entrance to get to the rooms as it was not signed. Called about finding parking as the streets were blocked off for a festival, and they told us there was parking at the back but did not state the price. Parking costs $80 for the night, which made the experience not very good.

it was not clean... there was someone's bathing suit under the bed, there was a huge stain on the blanket, and an old bar of soap in the shower. Also, there are no lifts! We are walking up stairs with heavy suitcases! (but minor compared to the cleanliness)

I liked that it was very close to the train station so it made it really easy to get there quickly. I also liked the staff (only one woman) she was extremely helpful.

Window only opens a bit/no clear glass No toilet paper WiFi is not included (it just works for a small amount of time/data then it stops) Kitchen: no cutlery, no pans, no mugs or plates No room service the whole week

The check out time should be 10am but the cleaner knocked the door and just open quickly at 9am we are still sleeping It was freaking me out. it’s really rude.

When I came back to confirm the extension, the staff member I spoke to originally had finished her shift and the other manager on duty was extremely rude and dismissive and acted like having to speak to me was an absolute inconvenience, I felt racially profiled by him and decided not to extend my stay there and checked in somewhere else

The room and the check in experience was great, I wanted to extend by a day and the female staff member was so helpful with looking at options for me. However, I had a work call and told her I'd be back in a few hours. The staff member that did my check in and the one I spoke to about possibly extending were absolutely amazing.

We were given passes that didn't work to get into the building after hours (even though we were told they would). Thankfully there was a security guard that could let us in but this caused a lot of stress in the middle of the night.

The price was great. We only stayed for one night so didn't need luxury but the bed was very comfortable.

The location is good for us this time. Staff were great and understandable. Staff willing to help when we need the most with unexpected situation. My friend was drunk and passed out so we cant carry him to the room but we asked and he helped us a lots. Sorry i forgot his name. But so grateful for his gratitude.

Outside the hotel there was a lot of jack hammering and roadworks going on after midnight, which was unexpected. It continued on in the morning before 8am. Smoking near the bar of the hotel, where we needed to check in. Thankfully I brought earplugs with me because the "duff duff" sound from the bar would have stopped me from sleeping.

Good central convenient location. Free secure parking was a bonus. Comfortable bed. Excellent value for money.
