This place is not at all what it was advertised to be, staff immediately un welcoming - don't waste your money. I requested a refund after refusing to stay there and she only provided one night back. I'd advise they close the business and try something else because hospitality is not working unfortunately

Cutlery in room was dirty, breakfast was consistently cold. Furniture is poor - all very old fashioned and pictures are misleading. We booked in this place expecting one thing and got a disappointment instead. Almost booked in a different place to stay to sleep. Said there would be shampoo, conditioner and soap but there was only conditioner. There were ants everywhere and the parking is too small. Only go here if prices are dramatically dropped. My partner and I stayed at a different place 2 nights before and was cheaper but 1000x better. This place is way too overpriced. Appreciate what hosts are trying to do for guests but really not up our alley. Just a disappointment.

Room is not clean, thick dust on the table and TV set, found two Cockroaches during the 3 nights, bed covers looks so old and not clean, no WIfi, cups and bows are not clean with food marks and colours.

They tried to charge us more money for being in the room an extra hour due to the pick up time we had, but we told them we would just move the bags outside and wait. The rooms are tired and could be cleaner. It is very overpriced for the standard, we could have stayed in one of the many local motels for a lot less.

The hosts were unfriendly. Housekeeping was denied when requested as John, the owner said he didn’t know what we were talking about. He was always snooping around when we entered and exited the premises. The host, Linda was unfriendly and terse in her mannerisms. The place was smelly, dinghy and outdated. Soap, shampoo and bathroom needs were not provided on the second day of stay. Towels were not changed and the room was only cleaned after we departed at the end of our stay.

The location was good, close proximity to the beach and cafes. The breakfast was awful, coffee was the worst I tasted, egg omelette was burnt, cold and unappetizing. The croissants were soggy. Presentation was poor served on greasy outdated crockery and utensils.

No update was provided while booking if the spa was working. Pictures of the room need to be updated. The property needs to be renovated. Last day we saw a big cockroach on the wall.

It’s someone’s house and that’s what you are renting it. It is run by John and Linda who are old and be advised they will tell you the do’s and Don’t . They were lovely to us

Being able to use a spa after 8 in the be treated like we were children I'm 48 years old and don't need to be told to lock the door or shut the gate or being rushed out of the breakfast area because new guests were arriving

our other accommodation double booked so we ended up here at short notice. it is very dated. it was very over priced. all the photos are of the suites and apartments on the top floor only, not of the regular rooms of which most of the b&b is made up of (which are much much smaller and more dated), so photos are very misrepresentative. whilst there was some polite small talk with the hosts this was far outweighed by the negativity in the house; hearing the arguments and swearing from the kitchen every morning while having breakfast was very unpleasant, the constant observations of everyone in the house was frankly uncomfortable, hearing one host tell the other to hang up the phone on a guest asking for an 1pm check in because 2pm wasn’t negotiable was cringeworthy. the spa facilities advertised are not available - no it is not current COVID rules to not operate an open air/outdoor jacuzzi pool, it only requires minimizing numbers. if you are closing your facilities you should change your prices to reflect that. we came here for our Christmas break, our only getaway in 2021 after a very challenging year - which is the same for many people, the hosts included I’m sure, but people go away to escape from that not to be surrounded by rudeness and negativity. I would never stay here again & sadly we couldn’t wait to go home.

Worst experience ever. Not about the tidyness of the room but the service. The husband in the house is always sneaking around. Everytime we open the door he is there either telling us how to park the car or telling us how other people in the house didn’t clean their shoes before entering the house. On top of that they asked us to fill a form for breakfast but because we were 5 min late they said you are late and won’t get breaKfast. This is the first time i am writing a bad review about a accommodation but I couldn’t take it. SPA is only there only for a show their is no way they are gonna let you use it. John and Linda were worst host ever. I still tidied my room before leaving because that is what we do despite of how you treat us! But I swear i am never going to forgive how they made us feel
