sofa bed not very comfortable but its a sofa bed after all. not a lot of kitchen pots and pans available if you want to cook breakfast.

location is quite good not that far from the city with subway station a minute away. the apartment is quite big wit all required facilities.

Some extra photos would help make it easier to find the apartment on arrival. The walls are thin enough to listen to conversations in adjoining apartments.

Very comfortable apartment with a large bedroom and living room separated by an entrance hall, kitchen, and bathroom. It is on the third floor, but a tiny lift is usually available. There is a supermarket, many restaurants, coffee houses and other shops close by. The Metro station is only about three minutes walk. Host is responsive and helpful.

It was difficult to reach out to the host over the phone but one of the trials was successful and the host let us in 2 hours before check in time as it was raining heavily in Rome. Communication was ok over whatsapp after that.

The block is an old one, the apartment is not renovated, it has old furniture, the sofa in the living room is not comfortable at all, it bends on the body and your back hurts a lot in the morning. You can't rest. Another negative reason is the neighbors, they are very loud because of the thin walls and at quite late hours. Another negative reason is that it doesn't have its own power plant, the heat is general, and because of Italian laws it only works 11-12 hours a day, from 3 pm in the afternoon until 1-2 am.

The location is located in a quiet area, close to the metro, equipped with everything necessary for a stay.

The apartment was lovely, it had everything you may need and more. The place was clean, and tidy. Exactly like the pictures. Authentic neighborhood away from tourists and the crowded center. The street the apartment was on had everything, true roman bars with good espresso, tasty homemade gelatto, lovely shops and grocery stores. Subway was right around the corner, and after a short ride you were in the city center. The host was kind, reliable and considering, he always responded quickly about any inquiries we had. Great place, if you want to experience the true local spirit of the city head to this neighborhood and especially to this host!

The apartment is very close to metro station A and all sightseeings are on 15 min. It's very easy to reach the apartment from both airports. We find a good option with bus 520 and metro which cost 3 EUR. The apartment is convenient for couples and family with kids. New sofa and comfortable bed. We had everything we needed. Just Top !!!

The shower cabin is old and not very clean. The shower is not very practical, because the water temperature is not at all constant. The pots are very worn, some full of limestone, so unusable. Generally good opinions, with one serious exception. The water was leaking in the bathroom (maybe from the shower area). Because the floor drain was completely blocked, we had to collect water several times a day. I reported the problem on Thursday evening, but nothing was resolved until we left on Monday morning. Very unpleasant. I hope the problem has already been solved.

Very good communication with the owner (on WhatsApp also). In the Via Tuscolana neighborhood you can find restaurants, shops, a “Profi” (6 minutes' walk away) and others. We used the Metro, from the Numidio Quadrato station, 150 m (see Note). Nice apartment, well equipped and well placed. I thank Barbara for the help. Note on Metro: “Closure of the entire Metro line A, from Anagnina to Battistini: from Sunday to Thursday last runs at 21:00; on Fridays and Saturdays regular service until 01:30; during the Metro closure times a replacement bus service will operate”.

I really liked the apartment and how cozy it is. The host was always willing to answer our questions, as well as being flexible about check-in time and we were very grateful. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to get to know Rome.

Flat needs a good clean - dust was everywhere, all shelves, floor not mopped, even toilet seat was dusty. Shower needs a good bleach. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable so really flat is only for 2 people as although bed mattress is lumpy but it is bearable, sofa though- be ready to sleep on slabs. Water in the shower pulsed between cold and scalding hot so washing kids was a nightmare. I am not a fab of american style bed making (quilt not in cover and has just a sheet underneath) as find it unhygienic. Flat is generally tired, but with a good spring clean and repair to shower/ purchase of at least second hand sofa could be reasonable..also be prepared to hear your neighbours all the time..and we were also unlucky to have renovations above with drilling, hammering etc from 8am each morning. Not ideal...

Close to Metro, have few good supermarkets near by.
