Tasman Holiday Park is a great place to stay in HB. All you need for a break away. Great position, quiet,felt safe, great staff.

Cupboard in bedroom of disability access unit blocks access to bed in a chair. Without this cupboard a queen size bed could fit and still have chair access. I was able to transfer and move down the bed when some are unable to do so. The lounge was far too soft and low to be comfortable.

Would have preferred it was closer to the beach. My problem because I didn't check. Bins being bought in lots in early morning was noisy but understand.

The cabin was an upgrade that was a lovely surprise it was great. The pool the quiet.

More local information would be useful e.g. a map of walking trails. Found too late that the rail trail is within easy walking distance.

Pauline checked us in cheerfully and pointed out our cabin. Given that Hervey Bay is a big place, the location, while a kilometre or so back from the beach, is a bonus. No traffic noise and within walking distance of restaurants. Major shops and Botanic Gardens are five minutes drive away as is the Urangan Pier, marina etc.

The double bed was too hard and uncomfortable. I prefer a softer mattress.

Getting used to a double bed was a bit tight but it was comfy

The upgrade to a 2 bedroom cabin was really great, the pool was lovely and the unlimited Wi-Fi was appreciated. Staff were super friendly.

Smokers next door cleanliness wasn't up to scratch need some maintenance blinds on front door needs fixing was still same as when we stayed in same cabin about 3yrs ago the unit needs good clean

Neighbouring cabin had cigarette smokers so unfortunately we had smoke coming in through our windows. That was annoying. Otherwise mostly all was good.

We have enjoyed having our own private space. The cabin was clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed.

Value for money for 1 night. Welcome from Pauline on arrival. Good park for the car. Nice little porch at front door. Beds very comfortable, bed linen clean. Kitchenette was fine. Shower pressure was great 👍 kids loved the swimming pool. Location was good, followed all the way down to the Esplanade. Lots of eating places to be had.

Old style, needs a repaint inside. Shower cubicle could of been cleaner. Soap left from previous stayer. Could have bigger TV and not so high on the wall. Maybe change of cutlery. Palms and trees need cutting back from the roof.

The bar size fridge in the kitchen was noisy. However, closing the sliding bedroom door helped to muffle the sound. The rental cabins are dated and are due for an update. The cabins were built around late 80s early 90s.

The facility was located within 5 km of the sea which is what I wanted. There were two comfortable beds with clean linen and comforters. There was a small kitchen which included a stove, sink, cupboards, cutlery, crockery, cleaning tools, kettle and microwave. There was also an air conditioner which I didn't need to use. There were extra pillows and basic cleaning equipment such as a broom and brush and dustpan. Plenty of bath towels and daily access to fresh towels and linen. I arrived after closing time but was greeted very well by the manager, Pauline.

Down hill walk to the pub with great meals etc. It’s in a quiet street and off that street so no traffic noise. We had a huge 2 bedroom cabin.

Older style but very good value for money. Tv was very small. No comfy chairs in the sitting area. Not on the beach 5 minute drive, but overall great value for money. If you are looking for clean, comfortable friendly cabin this is perfect

I was bitten badly by something that I hope was not bed bugs!!! Couldn’t find anything but was definitely bitten overnight both nights! The floor had not been vacuumed nor the lounge etc and the green bedspread was dirty!!! Several odd marks on it! Bathroom was ok but found dark hairs.
