The location was excellent and an easy walk to the beach and shops. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Affordable, family friendly accommodation. Kids loved the pool which was right outside our villa.

Windows aren't insulated - could feel the heat coming through. Had noisy neighbours talking outside til late and sounded like they were inside the house and not on a lower floor a few metres away, had to turn white noise up really loud and could still hear them over it. Bathroom and main bedroom handles need to be fixed. They don't latch unless turning handle up towards ceiling, they aren't secured properly. Upstairs main bathroom is small with the door opening and banging into the toilet. The couches downstairs are outdoor lounges that have been used inside and aren't super comfy as the cushions slip off but are nice.

We had two adults and four kids in the three bedroom townhouse on the end, closest to the second pool. It was a huge space for kids to play inside and outside as it was fully fenced so no worry that the kids would run onto the car park or road. Most guests used the pool by the reception so it was quiet for us. Great indoor area with games, books etc. Lots of towels for the pool - thank you. Lots of handy condiments including salt and pepper, glad wrap etc. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

They need air-cons in every room

Front gate was quite tight to get through, . It was not really a villa as such, more of an apartment on 2 levels

The Family Villa only has One bathroom/toilet.Having a nice court yard it would have been good to have use of the private BBQ

Wardrobes not great, shelves loose. Bin area very full, smells and very close to parking Pool in need of renovation, very coarse concrete and will wear out the sole on your feet quickly.

Property was close to the shops and a short walk to the main beach. Property was recently renovated and decent. Aircon downstairs and in each bedroom worked well. Good access to outside seating area. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

The main door and the bathroom in the first floor scratched against the floor, making a noise which disturbed to neighbors. They complained in the first hour that we arrived. There's just one room with aircon.

Pool isn’t too great. Also, we stayed in a 3 bedroom house but there’s only 1 air con in master bedroom (and a living room).

Wi-Fi wasn’t working for the 1st 24 hours of our stay but staff got it resolved. Place could do with modernisation and pool looked like it needs a clean.

Large and spacious accommodation with separate kitchen and living area with good tv channel options. It has a washer & drier and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Bathroom cleaning wasn’t fully done. Found 2 cigarette butts in the toilet so the smell was still there. Only one toilet paper roll available for 2 nights, 3 people.
