Nothing, it was absolutely perfect.

Everything!!! The location was amazing. The staff were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The free shuttle bus that goes hourly to Kamala Beach. The in villa dining menu had something for everyone. Overall just really fantastic.

It's just a bit far away from the happening place. But has a shuttle to Kamala beach and not patong Beach.

I recently had the most incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendliest staff who went above and beyond to welcome us with flowers. The facilities were top-notch, with everything I could possibly need right at my fingertips. One of the best parts was the breathtaking view from the hotel, situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I was impressed by their in-house application for communication and bookings, making everything seamless and convenient. Plus, the hotel surprised me by allowing me to stay an extra four hours without any additional charges. The manager even assured me that I could stay as long as I wanted! The complimentary stocked fridge and coffee table were a nice touch, adding to the overall luxury of the experience. Whenever I ordered anything, the team was super responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. It truly exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to come back for another incredible stay!

The location of the villas (on the hill) is very nice and the hotel runs a free shuttle every hour to the beach and city centre. You are away from the noise of the city but only a 10 minute easy drive from the beach. The villa was very clean comfortable (bedroom with ensuite and separate living room/kitchen area). The pool was the perfect size and the water was clean. It also felt very private which was nice. The kitchen in the villa was very functional (microwave, electrical stove, all kinds of plates) and we were provided with bottled water every day which was great. Some of the items in the mini-bar are complimentary which was great. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, best service I ever received in my life.

There were some quirky issues with drawers and cupboards but that’s me just searching for something to suggest an improvement.

This is a special place. We chose it for the views but would go back for the staff.

You can’t walk anywhere and need to shuttle down. But that is about it. I didn’t like the fact that they insisted on a deposit, but again, it was all fine.

Everything. It was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect. Some people may not like the fact that it is not on the beach or that it is away from the action, but that is exactly what we liked about it as the beach was a short shuttle ride away. There is a small restaurant on the facility, that provides simple meals to your room at extremely reasonable prices. Nothing fancy but all good. The shuttle serve to and from the town is convenient and runs regularly or you can call and they’ll come get you. All services are offered at much more reasonable costs than similar resorts.

It was really a great experience rooms are clean they provide you free coffe tea and soft drinks there is also a full mini bar but with extra charge the pool was a bit cold but its fine there is a large jacuzzi that can fit 2 Maybe it's a bit far since it is on a mountain, not on a beach.But not really far Very good for couples who want tranquillity and privacy Rooms are big the bath is huge Bed a little stiff

It was at the top of the mountain, so always I needed a ride.

The services were excellent Welcoming altitudes noticed The breakfast provided as requested The villa has 3 bedrooms more than enough for us, we used only two. 🚌 always available to give a free ride to the big c or the beach.
