Our room was an older room, our neighbour had renovations and looked a lot nicer. Downstairs had a very strong unpleasant smell so we spent our time in the room upstairs.

Just a bit dated for the price you pay, I also found Noosa Parade traffic rather noisy, couldn't leave the door open. The double bed wasnt very comfortable and sagged.

Was clean and only 1k from Main St and Beach, communication was great.

I forgot an item and the cost involved in postage and hassle to Trish didn't seem worth it. I would have had to pay more than the item was worth to get it sent but it had sentimental value. Fortunately we remembered someone lived in sunshine beach and they kindly offered to collect the item.

Property wasn't particularly clean. Dust on ceiling fans, greasy cutlery , crumbs in cutlery draw, etc. There was also building work going on in the attached villa, which we were not made aware of before arrival. The keys were not where they should have been for collection on arrival.

This was controllable from the properties point of view but there was house parties next door on both nights which meant my family or I couldn’t get to sleep with the noise from music and singing.

Very close to Noosa heads and Noosaville. Location was perfect and the property was nice.

I would highly recommend Le Court Villas, am planning to stay there again I the future . Was great , great location , everything was there you needed , beds were comfortable, clean . Pool was great , my son loved it .

Its was old, air con did t work only one bedroom with aircon, cupboard.left with other peole belongings kitchen nothing like pictures, overgrown outside mozzies everywhere. Very un kept outside.

Poor communication from - had arranged an additional bed, arrived and it wasn't there and was told that I need to organise that myself despite them quoting me a price. Went back through all previous communication and only reference to hiring was if we need a cot or a high chair. Was told to call the hire company myself and they would deliver and would then need to make up the bed ourselves. Email prior to arrival also told us we'd be staying in a completely different Villa # so was some confusion upon arrival in that regard. Wouldn't stay there again.

Wish I had more privacy downstairs as my lounge/kitchen area windows were straight across looking into the pool area, so no privacy. Had to keep those blinds closed for the stay.

Location was perfect distance to Hastings Street and the beach! Only 15 minutes but feels so much quicker! Super close to the bus stop too if you don’t feel like walking!

The whole of upstairs power points and power were off from the beginning of our stay. Informed reception and nothing was done. Toilets were messy and floor. Had to take washing to wash at coin laincdry.

Management left us locked out of our room for over an hour in the rain because they forgot to send the code for the lock box with the keys inside. They did not respond to multiple phone calls and messages from us and booking.com. They didn't apologize or try to rectify the situation. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied per toilet for a stay of 3 nights. The accommodation wasn't very clean. There was old food left in the fridge.

Cleanliness was disastrous. My young child’s doona cover and pillowcases had white streak marks that were either saliva or semen when we arrived. Quickly took them off to clean them and in the process out fell a menstual cup that was in the doona cover! I thought I was going to be sick. Basin sink didn’t drain and when removed lid was clogged over by what looked like a big fungal mushroom. Sand all over the couches, in the dryer and old dried/used laundry powder in the washing machine. Freezer dirty. Used toothpicks on the outsider table, and clothes of past guest in the cupboard. Drawers were filled with dust, sand and hair. Could be lovely but this kind of thing is just not acceptable.

Good location and very spacious. Villa 4 has been nicely done up.

Although we enjoyed our stay, this is our 4th time visiting Noosa and can say that we definitely won't be staying in Villa 7 at LeCourt Villas again, we found the property quite run down and in need of some attention, especially the kitchen and bathroom. As well as being run down the shower recess in the bathroom didn't look like it had been properly cleaned in a long time with noticeable Mould. In the kitchen, the glasses, cutlery plates and bowls were so dirty that we put everything in the dishwasher and washed it all before using it. The stovetop is in such a state of disrepair (with every hob showing significant rust) that it should be replaced immediately. Due to the state of the stovetop we resorted to try using the electric fly pan instead, however when we opened this found that it had food still in in from the last time it was used. Besides these issues we still enjoyed our stay however overall, we were very disappointed in the state of the Villa and as I mentioned will not be staying there again.

Bed sheets seemed old, dusty, hair inside when I pulled them out to sleep on lucky I could wash and dry them but no door on laundry space. Bathroom shower door was very close to toilet, cupboard doors hit fire alarms, traffic noise is very constant and echoed inside even with double windows. No heating in second and third bedroom
