The room desperately needs a good clean. The fridge, microwave and light fittings are filthy. There is mold in the shower and the basin needs a scrub. The pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable - manky is the word that comes to mind.

The pool is very nice and the room is spacious.

The room felt quite dirty as there was a lot of grime in the bathroom and we saw bugs in the carpet.

Receptionist Philip was fantastic and extremely helpful. Location was also very good within Darwin City.

    Probably just the pillows.

Great location, great staff and clean rooms. Well done. Bed was comfortable but the pillows not so great. Maybe just some extra bits and pieces in the kitchen, some things seemed to be missing. We enjoyed the pool and BBQ area.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite but it really was two separate rooms (needed keys to connect) with one worse than the other so it was difficult to decide who would take which one. We never really stayed in the hotel - if that is what you want go somewhere else.

Staff were extremely helpful, Location was quite good for what we wanted to do. It was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Slept very well.

Onion odour upon opening our room. A odour which which was very unpleasant. Car park didn’t have enough spaces for the amount of rooms in the complex and was not secure. Car park exit/entrance grill needs maintenance as it has dropped.

Location was is walking distance to supermarket and city centre, beds were super comfortable. The cafe downstairs really does have the best pies in Darwin they are expensive though.

Just the wifi. I ended up having to pay another $50 to Optus for my own, but that was for 10 days.

Location. Adaptable and helpfull staff. The manager assured that I get a more private balcony than some others which was much appreciated.

Microwave definitely needs replacing as internal is all peeling. All taps need replacing as very stiff and difficult to turn on and off. Small ants were a problem in kitchen and bathroom. No fly spray provided

Location was excellent - able to walk to restaurants and some attractions. Room size was also good with cooking facilities however microwave needs replacing. Beds were only OK - double was fine but single not very comfortable . Under cover parking was a bonus

No Wifi in rooms. Pool water looked clean, but green algae around walls. Staff not overly friendly or welcoming at reception. Bathroom shower surface clean, but built up grime evident and soap holder falling off with grime between plastic and tiles. The place looks like it needs a deep clean.

Very comfortable beds. Great location, walking distance to shops and cafe. Free underground parking. Kitchen facilities good.

Time for a reno. Some new fittings and fixtures would greatly improve Luma Luma.

The property is a bit tired but everything worked, was clean and it was very convenient to everything in Darwin.
