Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe had been notified in advance that the restaurant would be closed on the night of our visit so we brought our own breakfast supplies but discovered that the room only had cups and glassware and no crockery. We ended up finding a great breakfast place close-by in Lyndoch.
Our room was comfy and fairly spacious with a nice view of the rose garden.

AustraliaTired looking and in desperate need of repair - particularly exterior of buildings. Pool was great, we used this but was disappointed that wall surface felt slimy and the paint was coming off. The pool ladder was also unstable and felt like it was going to break at anytime. Disappointing that the bar and restaurant was not open (on a Tuesday) for even a couple of hours day 5-7pm.
Reception staff were very helpful and excellent to deal with. Location was excellent. Room was basic but beautifully cleaned & staff had left air conditioner on for us which was greatly appreciated. Excellent provisions of toaster, microwave & bar fridge. Outlook from room window was brilliant.

AustraliaI booked 2 rooms each with 1 double an 1 single. However, 1 room had 1 double and 2 singles. The other room only had 1 double. Very disappointing. The outdoor pool was not really clean enough to use.
