Bed was uncomfortable. Room dot hot as could not open window. Glad there was a fan. Light switch to close to bed. Switched on with head in the middle of the night . Bathroom door very see through and didn’t leave much to the imagination

The location is very good, very near to metro and to Paddington station. Breakfast was just perfect for 3-stars hotel. Bed and pillow are good.

I could not enjoy or even anything from the property. I had rented the bedroom for an ex friend and I for my birthday. Was a nightmare as I had to go back home as she refused to share a bad. After she as not even showed up on my birthday day. Was very upsetting and very sad. I live close to the property and thanks to her selfishness I could not even enjoy one night in or the breakfasts.

The property I did not had much time there. The staff was fantastic and very helpful

Your stay here will mostly depend from which room you're situated in and what your expectations are. When I booked it, I was expecting a small room, however it was terrible! The shower head was filthy, the drywall scratched at many places, the windows didn't sit right so the wind was blowing in and it was visible the room hadn't been cleaned properly! Luckily, the great reception gave us another room that was a lot cleaner and bigger too! After that, we didn't have more problems, except the fact that the cleaning lady did not vacuum once! I left a tiny crumble right beside my bed to see if it would be there and it was there till we left!

We liked the location of the hotel, close by the Paddington station and many stores along the way as well as the Hyde park! Breakfast was simple, but filing - would only like scrambled eggs more over boiled. However, overall it was tasty! The reception ladies were all very nice, good communication and sorted our problem with the room quickly!

Around 4am I woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke. I spent 20 mins figuring out where it came from to find that it was coming from the bathroom vent when off. So I assume when vent isn’t on it’s blowing back into your room. So either some other room was smoking or someone near the extractor wherever that is on the roof?

Would like to have had the staff to be more welcoming, and when I asked about the heating, they didn't come up and help, I had to ask again in order for help.

Quite expensive for such small rooms, no refrigerator, maintenance didn't report to fix the unserviceable heater.

Staff was very unaccomodating during check in. I have asked beforehand for an early check in, and was told they'd do their best to accommodate me. Once i came for check in, they knew nothing of my request or the conversation about it, i had to show in my booking.com app messages. They didn't have the room ready, and they didn't want to clean my room before all other ones for some odd reason. So they put me in a loud basement room below ground level. Disappointing.

Location was great, close to Paddington station. Bed was comfortable, and so were pillows. Nice to have a desk in the room too. Bathroom new, renovated.

Mattress was too big for the bed base, No curtains on window Shower was awful Water pressure on taps was awful. Toilet kept making loud noises through night. No tables at breakfast!

I liked the breakfast it was nice and the staff were very pleasant during our stay. It wasn't too far from food places or the bus stop so we could catch the bus swiftly.

Room bit of a let down, although clean and basic, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly and water for shower was cold - luke warm if you let water run for about 15 minutes! We did report this to Reception staff but unfortunately nothing was done to rectify these problems, which was disappointing.

Great location, 4 minute walk to Paddington station. Nice pubs and restaurants nearby.
