Bed was like sleeping on a road, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned with used soap and body wash still in the shower, lost power on our last night with no one available to fix it. Reception staff were rude and had no care for their guests.

Bathrooms were a little small but at the end of the day they did what they needed to do. Overall property was clean and tidy facilities good and proximity to the beach was excellent especially how busy the area can be.

Location of the property was excellent with plenty of areas to Dine and accessible by walking. We hardly used the car at all while at the property.

Great views,the best, plenty of room, short walk to beach and shops great views of the ocean with surfers and paddle boards from eastern side of living area as well as good views of marchooy river and hinterland.

The fire alarm going off at 2am and having to evacuate! Was a false alarm with another false alarm going off a week prior!

the room was not cleaned properly - lots of dust built up behind toilets, washing machines etc. Needs a good clean. the price is very expensive now for what you get. they could also provide more toilet paper, dishwashing powder, liquid etc. We paid over $500 /night and didn't have sufficient supplies.

The amenities inside the apartment were well below what was advertised on bookings. We paid almost $6000 for 7 nights to stay in the penthouse. We stayed in penthouse number 51 which was advertised as air conditioned and with fans. There was only one split system aircon in the main living area which was not sufficient to cool the entire apartment. The three bedrooms were west facing which meant the afternoon sun blared in and the rooms remained very hot through the night. The ceiling fans did not cut the mustard and in fact one ceiling fan did not work properly. The owner obviously knew this as he had placed standing fans in the rooms for guests to set up. These fans were both insufficient and dangerous as they did not have the proper casing around them and the blade was exposed. We have 3 children which could have caused a serious accident and injury. The first night was unbearable and our entire family of 5 were up most of the night from the heat, unable to sleep on our long awaited family holiday. This is not ok for the price we paid. We asked for portable air conditioners to be hired and placed in the bedrooms. Eve was very helpful and tried. However the owner was not obliging and refused to hire them for us. We eventually with Eve’s help got one portable air conditioner and the ceiling fan fixed in the one room.

The staff were very helpful. Eve in particular was very accommodating and attentive despite the limitations placed by the owner. She did whatever she could do within the constraints.

Indoor heated spa was advertised but was not operational, had to pay for pool table games and lounge was not the most comfortable

No Aircons in the bed rooms, made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Pool was closed on the Saturday afternoon, we have a very upset little boy that he couldn’t go in the pool.

Wiring a fire waiting to happen. Dryer so high had to push buttons with broom handle same as towel rails if there was one at top of wall. No way again

1. The door to unit 4 does not close properly and has to be pulled very hard. The closing makes a very loud noise and would definitely be heard by neighbouring units. 2. The remote for the TV needs attention as is does come on readily (may simply need new batteries). 3. The shower floor has impediments which do not effect one’s showering however do effect the feeling! 4. There was no liquid wash or separate soap for the shower. 5. The unit 4 car park on the sub level was dark, dingy and lots of water lay around where the car was parked. This made it difficult to gets to & from the car with ease.

Key Drop is not well signposted. Could be either better located or more visible.
