For a big bathroom shower was very cramped. Not good if your a bigger person. Neighboring smokers made it unpleasant at times. We couldn't have the sliding doors or windows open for fresh air most of the time. A little run down in rooms/items but paid a good price so can't really complain as we still had a good stay.

Big comfortable bed in good sized bedroom. good sized bathroom and kitchen. reception and service people were good with up keeping of room, grounds and their communication. Quite location. Very close to shops , beach ,restaurants and Central area.

The resort was a little tired but I think that was in line with our expectations and price paid. The room furniture was well worn and kitchen needed a facelift. The guest with the black Jeep whose alarm kept going off.

Apartment set up with 2 x bedrooms was good for us. Beds were super comfortable. Resort felt secure with cctv and gated access. Much closer to Town Beach and marina than initially thought.

A few basic things werent available such as a plug for sink and dishes detergent or sachet which would have been helpful. Water in shower went cold a couple of times but reported it to them... Overall good though. No bad complaints.

Nice room and bathroom, newly refurbished - clean, spacious. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Change the door handle and the kids bedroom, as it locked automatically when closed and a key had to be used to open on the outside of the door. The window was high which poses as a risk in an emergency. No lamps in the children's room to be able to read a book. The bed lights in main bedroom didn't have a globe.

The first room I was offered was very run down so I asked for another room. No one to greet new arrivals waited and then I had to look around for someone to serve. Short staffed. The water pressure was terrible making it hard to have a warm shower, you either had a hot or cold shower. Rooms do not invite wifi connectivity you need to ask for the password which doesn’t connect to the name of place, so you have to ask again. Staff not friendly need to have customer service training. Need better front signage

Well for a start, the door knob fell off in my hand as I tried to get in!!!!! We carry screwdrivers, so fixed it temporarily. Maintenance is obviously lacking at this motel. No globe in one of the bedside lights, and another didn't work. The TV had a message on it saying something needed to be upgraded (see photo). Then on Day 3 we tried again and once we fiddled with the antenna it worked - until the fridge door was opened, then it wriggled out of its socket again! I mentioned the front door - we used the sliding back door from then on, but it really needs its rollers greased/replaced. We were there over Christmas, so no staff present.

I should have stated ground floor unit, stairs a challenge. No power point in 2nd bedroom. Sliding door needs maintenance.

Convenient location close to the foreshore and the shops. The pool was a big hit with the g'children.

Had to climb stairs to get to apartment even though having asked for ground floor. Very hard for me as I have terrible arthritis. Puzzled to see range hood above bench, in main area, but there was no stove. In the bathroom there was an ordinary stainless steel sink, not a porcelain one and this was the only place to wash up dishes etc. Not very good and also no washing up liquid.

Start to get a little old. Shower gives very little water and takes a very long time to get warm of any.
