Reception closed at 1.00pm,there was no restaurant on site, one bathroom towel for 5 days!!!

The gardens and swimming pools were very relaxing.

Our unit didn’t have fly screens which was a bit annoying but most of the others did. Everything else was great!!

Staff were excellent - every single one we encountered was friendly and interactive, nothing was a bother and they always offered to help. Loved the BBQ area with a fridge and cooking oils etc all the little extras were much appreciated. Kids loved the communal pool toys and we were able to donate some on our departure. Loved the coffee machine and cocktail hour. Very reasonable cost for an extra bed (and it was a bed!) in our apartment.

The hot water service was leaking.There was a dirty wine glass in the cupboard.

The kitchen Cooktop was terrible to cook with, couldn't use multiple burners without them turning off while still cooking

Overall we really enjoyed this hotel but if we have to be picky: - Pools were really warm so it wasn't refreshing on a 40 degrees day (you also couldn't swim in the ocean at that time) - There was only a curtain to close the shower but it was a short one and the water was splashing everywhere including in the bedroom and entire bathroom.

Very well received at the reception desk with all the informations needed. Our room was really comfortable and the aircon was a blessing! The hotel has different pools which is very enjoyable but with this hot weather they were not refreshing at all. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and restaurants (5-10mins). Bonus for the spa/massage we had that was the highlight of our trip!

The limited availability of covered parking.

The location is great, not too far to the beach side. It’s about 5 minutes walk, with a beautiful view around. I like the 3 kinds of pool, the availability of kitchen stuff ( which makes ot easier for us with kids). I like the flexibility of checking in after hour. The strong wifi in the room and the availability of Netflix in the TV is a plus points. We love the pool, especially the one that is kids-friendly.

Parking - had to park out in the street a couple of time leaving a long walk for older people carrying groceries. Also having the shower located above the spa bath was quite dangerous. A high step to get in and out with no hand rail or other holding point.

There was a constant whining noise from behind or above the toilet.

The only thing we didn't like was stepping into a very high bath to use the shower. A little tricky for 70+ year-olds

Perhaps the best set up of pools (4) I've encountered. Rooms comfortable and availability of Netflix was a welcome surprise.

It didn't really bother us, but it would have been nice to have power points next to the bed to charge our devices

This place is beautiful and the staff were really lovely. It has a great range of accommodation options, so we were still able to stay with our smaller budget. The pools are gorgeous, the room was small but comfortable, and the check in process was great. I checked in after reception was closed but there were clear instructions with a map of how to find my apartment. The apartment had everything we needed - kettle, fridge, microwave, crockery/cutlery, some coffee/tea, iron, hair dryer etc. Location is good - 5-10 min walk to the beach

We booked a budget room - no probably realising how budget it was. Beware it is smaller than a standard hotel room ! But when we wanted to upgrade the team made it happen.

ML was like a tropical getaway. The choice of pools was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
