The only reason we would not come back is because it was very noisy. My daughter could not sleep and she eneded up sleeping on a mattress in the living room because of the street noise

The place was really well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and homely.

The apartment was a little outdated. Only double bed in main bedroom. Ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. Nothing in the pantry. Previously stayed at resort and the 2 bedroom apartment was better equipped than the 3 bedroom one. No air conditioning in bedrooms only ceiling fans.

Facilities at resort were good. Pool gym sauna tennis court & half basketball court. Close to Oacean

There was no toilet paper in the apartment when we arrived, had to go to reception to get some. In the welcome letter it said our 2 bedroom apartment had a bath it didn't, it had 2 showers.

Great location with beach access. Tennis Courts.

Our unit had not been cleaned. Upon arrival, the floors were filthy, the balcony disgusting, no bath towels at all and not even sure if any of the linen was clean. Crumbs in the cupboard, dishwasher not emptied, little ants into our food within half an hour. Outdoor furniture extremely rusty and table top filthy, broken lamp and very ordinary furniture in general...it was like a 2nd hand store. Bedside tables scratched, cream blanket dirty and no hangers in 2nd bedroom. Such a shame as outdoor facilities were great and so could the unit be if not for the above. The indoors did not meet the high level of the outdoors and the unit owner needs to be held accountable for charging a high Christmas rate, but not updating and maintaining a high standard in the unit to match the rate.

The outdoor facilities and location were fabulous. Property manager was very accommodating in response to our issues upon arrival. All units facing the ocean side is a plus and the balcony we had was private and a good size.

Resort tired, unit tired, needs updating and a deep clean.

The best thing about the resort is the direct beach access to flagged swimming area! Penthouse unit had fantastic unobstructed 360 degree views, ok fit out . Generous size. Roof top excellent to watch sunsets Airport noise was not a problem

There was not sufficient cleaning/washing products only half roll toilet paper had to request more. Front door was difficult to open sun lounges were both broken but left for use husband fell back when sitting on it if had hot drink could have been potentially scalded. Unit not cleaned to expectation tv unit covered in dust microwave dirty ants all around kitchen units

Joey the manager was very obliging and helpful and apologetic with our concerns. The view of the ocean was amazing

Room 118- nothing in this apartment matched any of the pics online. It was poorly furnished- old and nothing matched. Curtains did not block out the hall lights. The kitchen was not clean. No tea/coffee making. Advised the building manager and he refunded me without question.

Furnishings were outdated or damaged (broken backrest on corner lounge) and rooms were dusty. The penthouse space had beer cans and cigarette boxes left all over.

Location is awesome. Literally a stone’s throw from the beach. It has a lovely pool with a jacuzzi.

The unit didn't have many provision. Missing a t-towel, dishwasher tablets, sink plug and the oven didn't work

When we first arrived and booked into our room, we wanted a cup of tea.The mugs and cultery were not cleaned well, found mugs in the dishwasher after looking for them, had not been washed. Put mugs and cutlery in the dishwasher to be cleaned. Went and bought our own mugs.

TV remote was broken in bedroom, honestly didn't impact us whatsoever.

It felt like a home away from home. It had all the little necessities that you may forget and even had a basketball and tennis rackets (even though we brought our own). Lovely chilling on the balcony hammock.

Apartment 53 needs a 2hr deep clean as long term surface ‘hit and Miss’ approach is very evident if you just move a curtain Apartment 107- Needs a new Balcony glass door as glass is separated up to 6cm from the black door frame and frame is broken. Glass door is also missing locking plate on door. Cleaning has long term been surface ‘ hit & Miss’ and needs a 2hr deep clean including Window sills and tracks. Windows are unable to be opened.

Staff fixed everything in their power to fix as quickly as possible. Common area facilities are in excellent condition and very clean. Location is great. Food etc nearby/walking distance for a healthy person. South Tower is significantly more quiet than North Towers.

Although the apartment was a great size and very comfortable for our stay it wasn’t very clean. Especially the showers and couch.

Great location! Great facilities, with tennis court and basketball court. Very accommodating staff.
