The bed was amazing, huge and very comfy! The location was a 10 minute walk from the centre of the old Town so very quiet at night which was lovely. Breakfast had a very good selection too.

Staff were incredibly helpful. Assisted with booking transport and where to shop, prices to pay. Service has been exceptional. Christian, Tracy, Rachel and Hieu were all fantastic. The on-site restaurant has great views and service with good wine on the menu. Spa treatments across the road booked for me as requested were also of a high standard.

The hotel was new and had a wow factor, especially with the lobby decor and room facilities. The location is conveniently located at the midpoint of Tay Ho and Hoang Kiem, so it's great for business meetings but also just walkable to Truc Bach, which is a charming neighborhood of cafes and restaurants by the lake, if you want to discover the "essence" of Hanoi living. The breakfast has good variety and it's orderly despite the volume of guests. I would like to mention Daniel at the front desk who was very helpful and friendly and spoke great English.

Excellent choices for breakfast with views of West Lake, good food in the restaurant and great rooftop bar. The hotel stored some luggage for us and arranged various private transfers out of Hanoi and to and from the Airport. New ZealandThe room we had for one night before doing an overnight on harlong bay was pretty average and the bathroom was a nightmare, the shower flooded the bathroom no matter what we did. When we returned our room on the 9th floor was like being in a different hotel.
The staff were fantastic, in particular Christian who went over and above to help us and was far more useful than our tour guide. Location was great, easy walk to the old quarter and lots of restaurants close by. The room we got when we returned after a night away was lovely. Breakfast was good with lots of selection and on the morning we were leaving they gave us takeaway coffee cups and pastries as we were going so early.
