I hadn't realised that we were staying in a complex with so many units, but in saying that, the accommodation was great.

The weather was really wild over the weekend and the accommodation got a real beating but we were cosy inside with great heating upstairs that kept us really warm. No problems at all with TV reception which I expected to play up because of the wild conditions. We were forced to spend more time inside than we wanted but we spent our time watching the Olympics and reading. We had hopes for walking on the beach but it was too dangerous!

Downstairs was a little cold during our stay (although winter weather and storms are unpredictable), maybe a bigger heater could be provided or a split system. Overall our stay was great and the property was well stocked and extremely comfortable.

Great location to the beach and tourist attractions. Spacious and plenty of room for both entertaining and relaxing with friends. Beautiful well equipped kitchen. An abundance of extra bedding and blankets. Really enjoyed the bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs to enjoy views of the beach and surrounds.

The mattress in main suite was very hard. Apart from that it was fabulous.

The open kitchen equipped with Dishwasher and all that you need. The complimentary tea, coffee and bits and pieces were a lovely touch. Washer and dryer very handy.

The was no safety rail provided for the stairs, we didn’t have any issues but my 2 year old kept me on my toes every time she went near the stairs.

The property is close to the beach but nestled on top of a hill. The balcony is a plus It's got a complete kitchen with most of what we needed for cooking fresh produce from the local markets. It's good for families

This is NOT in the location or in the "resort" as booking.com states. It is a separate stand alone house. it has no additional facilities that we were looking for (pool, restaurant etc) and did NOT have airconditioning. This was one thing we had decided against other options (as they didnt have aircon) so we were very disaapointed. The property managers contacted us to explain this but it was after we had booked and paid - so we knew there was no chance of a refund They also informed us they have told booking.com that this is not in the margaret river beach houss complex but that nothing has been done to adjust this on the site. Very disappointing to have booked what we beleived to be an apartment in a resort complex with aircon and pay the premium for this, to not get any of those elements.

Wasn't as clean as would have expected eg: floors, foodscraps in dishwasher and kitchenware in need of an upgrade. I would also check before booking about tradesmen, renovations and pet (dog) activity around time of stay, especially if you like quiet mornings and sleep ins.

Great location within walking distance of some beautiful beaches. Plenty of room. Great size master bedroom with big wardrobe and ensuite.

We found that there was significant mould on the bedroom downstairs wall which is not good and needs to be addressed for health reasons. We felt uncomfortable having the kids sleep in there. Dishes were also often dirty and we had to rewash them before using them. We have stayed in another unit here before and that was much better maintained, particularly for the cost.

Location is always great and it is a great family friendly area with lots to do with kids.

Has not been kept up to date with maintenance and could do with a good deep clean, ie windows and bathrooms, with some blinds not working and old appliances.

It was spacious, light and bright. A short drive to the beach - only a couple of minutes, and Margaret River town 15mins. It is in a group of houses, some holiday homes some residential. The pool is nice.

The location was ok, and the access to the restaurant/ bar next door was very handy. Great pool if it's summer.

It was almost 40°C during our entire stay. AC is only in the living room area. No fans provided in each room at House 20. But at House 14, there were fans available. Also, NO LOCKS ON BATHROOMS/TOILETS🫣 Huge privacy issue especially for groups/families. NO shampoo+body wash+conditioner provided as well.

Love the location. Just a few minutes walk to Elephant Cafe and the beach. Also love how quiet it was in that area. House was very spacious and clean as well.

The third room doesn’t have any doors. There was totally no privacy for the couple taking the mezzanine room.

Heating was dismal. Extremely cold after shower as rooms didnt have air conditioning. The small heaters provided were not able to heat up the rooms sufficiently due to large area. No food provided. Had to buy food to cook in the apartment. Also had to do own cleaning of apartment and kitchen before leaving or face extra charges (only realised this upon check in). It is more an airbnb concept. Doors not child safe. Kids could run out at night without knowledge.

Nice pretty property with good views of sunset. Good location. Nice jacuzzi. Can drive to nearby locations. Good kitchen.

Shower in the main badroom is leaking. We suppose to use aircon unit as heater, however it was broken. We contacted property manager and he came next day(so no heater first eavning! ). He turned gas heater on, and we were smelling gas all the time. We left windows open. Looks like that house 18 was empty for a long time, it requires some maintenance prior visitors arrival.

No blockout blinds so bright room at 5am! Wifi was slow. Not even 1Mbps. We reverted to using 4G. Old and tired in general. No aircon or fans in bedrooms. 4:3 tv downstairs. BBQ not clean and no utensils provided to clean or cook.
