The beds were very hard.

The pool was open 24 hours, and they do your laundry for you at a small fee. Staff were friendly,, the banana pancakes were great it was a small walk to the Karon restaurants. All round we were happy with our stay.

I paid to have two deluxe rooms with balconies, upon arrival we were put in two standard rooms. the next morning we asked if this could be sorted, they could only upgrade one room even though i had paid for two. we were friendly and spent a lot of money in the bar etc, but hotel would not compensate us for paying for a room we didn’t get.

They should take out the word "Beach" out the name, because beach is obviously 15 minute walk from there. Pool was also so-so, not good, not terrible. Wi-fi connection was ok at reception area, but in the room it was often poor.

Cozy small hotel. Our room face backyard, so it we did not hear road sounds and it was quiet in general. I would like to say thanks to women, who work there for being very friendly and helpful and with a good sense of humor. Reception area was nice.

Location was close to everything. Hotel was clean and spacious with a great swimming pool. Staff helped us book some tours and our onwards travel, they are very friendly and helpful. Definitely two thumbs up for this place.

Understaffed. Housekeeping poor. Ordering food at times seemed like hard work for the staff. Lacked simple instructions for security e.g. safe, door locks etc. Also attempted to be greatly overcharged on running bills at the bar. (Pay as you go is far better)

Great little Hotel. Staff are super friendly and the rooms where very good value for money. very nice pool at the hotel and a short walk to the beach through the town. We also rented a motorbike from the hotel and explored the island.

Nothing bad I can think of.

The hotel staff are very friendly, we got an early check in and a late check out for no extra charge. They have a nice pool and some sun beds to relax and order food from. Reception is 24 hours. There is a good gym 100 meters down the road. Massage nearby 20 meters. Lots of restaurants on the way you walk to the beach. Rooms very nice, I have a balcony room and would book the same again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Nothing negative to say, fantastic value for money.

From check in to check out everything was friendly, clean and well organized. Very attentive staff and the pool was a nice bonus after a hot day on the beach. There is a massage place next door called lemongrass massage, we had lots of fantastic massage’s there, I highly recommend. Karon beach is a 10 minute walk and there are lots of restaurants, bars etc… along the way. I highly recommend this place, very good value for money.

It’s a tad close to the road, so can be road noises sometimes. But it’s not that bad at all, still a peaceful place.

Booked and confirmed this hotel through Booking.com for my husband and I and our 2 young children. We arrived to check in to be told there was actually no room as they’d given it to someone else and reception shrugged their shoulders and that was it. We were left in reception with all our luggage and 1 and 2 year old to then have to try to find another hotel and taxi to have a place to sleep. I was then still charged almost £100 for the room they did not provide an the hotel have since completely ignored all attempts to contact them and resolve the situation by both me and Booking.com staff. I have refrained from leaving a bad review until now but as it stands it doesn’t look like I will get a refund as the hotel will not even respond in any way to confirm what happened. The situation was bad enough but to then still charge my PayPal for the room and ignore all contact is absolutely disgraceful.

Location far away from main attractions Staff can’t speak English When we arrived and wanted to check in the staff looked at each other, laughed, took some insect spray and told us that we still have to wait before we get to our room (we’ve been there at 7 pm. Then when we entered it was no wonder that you could smell Insect spray and the room were full of bugs and a looooot of moths and their eggs. it was horrible and we are aware that there are a lot of flies in Thailand, but not like this! After entering the room we asked direct for another room, but the staff couldn’t speak English at old. We called our German Thai friend and asked him if he could translate it to us. And he sad, that they have no other room left for 4 people and that they only had one room for 2. Lies lies and more lies! After contacting Booking.com we got two rooms for 2 people, but this only after 11pm because first they kept try to lie to us. Very very terrible and horrible stay! Not even the new rooms were bugs free! Next time I would definitely book something else. Even a hostel is so much better!!!
