How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our only real disappointment was that there were no restaurants or fast food within easy walking distance, so UberEats was our savior. Also had a misunderstanding with staff regarding the Sofa bed. Took two calls to have it resolved, but it was just a case of being misinformed by the first person we talked to.
We had such a great stay for the one night we were there. There were something to occupy all ages - my toddler LOVED the toddler playroom, while my teens enjoyed the Consoles, Air Hockey & Mini Putt, and we all enjoyed our booking in the Cinema room. Wish we had time to use the Pools and Spa which all looked amazing. Literally across the road from the beach! Lovely room with everything we could need - full Kitchen, 2x Bathrooms, Washer/Dryer. Excellent value for money.

18th hole on the putt putt course was drenched with water. Drainage problem? All great otherwise.
We liked how clean the complex was not to mention the room. A real credit to your cleaning and maintenance staff. The room we stayed felt homely and was perfect for our quick stay. It will be on the return list to stay. The kids had a blast in the rec areas. Thanks for the experience!!

The shower was a little dated, and the grout mouldy.
The apartment was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed and the provision of shaving cream in the bathrooms was a nice touch!

At night, the road noise in the front room was very loud.
Beautiful, spacious rooms. Staff were lovely. Kids loved the facilities especially the games room. So close to the beach & walking distance to Coles or Aldi.

That the check in time is after 4pm but you have to check out by 10am still . It would be advantageous to have a 11-or 12pm check out.
Very family friendly , great for kids. Staff very approachable, kind and helpful . The free access to beach equipment, board games ,dvds and games room was AMAZING!! And will certainly be reasons we book again.

It was very noisy in the back bedroom from traffic. Maybe double glazing or some sort of noise mitigation could help that.
Clean comfortable and had everything we needed for a family of 5. Mini golf, indoor pool and spa, tennis and kids room were a huge hit. Bathrooms were spacious, shower heads were fantastic rain type, every kitchen utensil we needed was there and the beds were comfortable.

Small lifts. Lifts would often go to an upper level prior to the carpark where people were waiting to enter but there was not enough room 2 families so would then travel your original destination.
