Beds were low. No microwave but that is ok.

Reasonably priced for being in the centre of Sydney, Great location with plenty of pubs and food places around the area. The breakfast was excellent and car parking available.

Bathroom was quite dated, but clean. Could occasionally smell cigarette smoke from other rooms wafting in our balcony window.

Decent hot breakfast included with the room price. Location was about a 15 minute walk from the touristy spots. Generally quiet area at night time. Room had everything we needed and a bonus little balcony.

Breakfast buffet was extensive with most tastes being provided. Available parking underground and secure was a benefit. courtyard outside room was nice to sit out.

The hotel was basic for the price we paid, i expected a bit more luxe and breakfast was great but paper on the tableclothes for breakfast was a bit off putting. Otherwise a good experience.

Room was cosy and clean ,bed was comfortable and sheets and bed linen was clean and breakfast was nice and fresh with lots to choose from and position of hotel was quiet.

It was very hard to find at first.

The hotel was full of plants and was airy. It's location was fantastic. Quiet residential area but close to the main drag. Breakfast very good. Clean and friendly

Initially on arrival we were slightly concerned by the feel of the immediate local area, and we felt that we would not be completely comfortable heading up towards the Kings Cross area at night via the step shortcuts, but we would stay there again and would recommend it as good quality overall for the price

The room was very basic but good value, clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It is located within easy walking distance of the city centre through the beautiful (and free) botanical gardens. The staff were helpful and attentive

It was a little confusing using google maps to find the parking garage, and it wasn’t very big have to book a space if u want parking

The set of three keys: entrance door, room, and balcony is confusing because they look quite similar.

Great value for money because of a wonderful location (25-30 min walking distance from the Sydney Opera House) and a spacious room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Bathroom could use an exhaust fan. If you have a hot shower or someone let's one rip in there, you gotta wait until the dust settles and hope it doesn't leech into the room 🤣. Check in time took a little longer than expected. Room doesn't have microwave.

Bed was comfy and room was nice and spacious. Bathroom a little dated but functional none the less. Breaky was yum and coffee was good. There are little common room areas for hangs with friends which is nice too with a pool table etc. Walking distance to kings cross station with easy access to everything from there.
