Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaUnfortunately, while clean the bathroom carried a septic like sent emanating from the toilet. The staff also didn’t clarify about the complimentary items were free before having to enquire. The only other issue we had was being able to find a park since they don’t have any specifically for hotel guests and you can’t reserve.
The staff were very friendly and didn’t mind questions. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There was also plenty of complimentary items ranging from drinks to food.

AustraliaHubands meal was great. I had scotch fillet that was a little under done and cold, very tender though. Vegetables were tasty and nicely cooked but also cold. Mushroom sauce was fantastic after we had to go back to get it as it was forgotten.

Staff were amazing and went "above and beyond". Emergency trip to Adelaide to support a family member, arrived late at night , very tired after driving up from the country and sitting around hospitals all day. The chef had stayed past the end of his shift so that the steak - which I preordered - was not ruined sitting in a warmer. All staff were really helpful and kind. This was a great find for accoms in the southern suburbs and excellent value for the high quality of the rooms and general ambience. We would like to return in more peaceful circumstances

AustraliaThere is a casino at the hotel. Some may not prefer this. But it had no effect on the rooms whatsoever.
Family room was very comfortable and clean. Beds were excellent. Our stay included breakfast and it was good value for money. Restaurant had a large variety of options. Location was fine for us. 10-15 minutes from CBD with car. Live music was a bonus.

AustraliaIt was a very windy night which caused a vacuum with the door. It had a loud whistle all night but there was not much that that accommodation would have been able to do.
The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. The bonus water in the fridge with Tim Tam's was a lovely surprise.
