Need soap in toilet so you're not holding handle with dirty hands. Need more or bigger products in bathroom & cleaning supplies in kitchen. More coffee & tea options for ppl that are only there for a short trip or who have arrived late after shops have closed. Need a 2nd heater as there are 2 bedrooms.

I think for the money we paid we shouldn’t have to clean up after ourselves. My wife was I’ll and you don’t need to hang around cleaning dishes.

No ceiling fans in bedrooms, was pretty warm day and night Carport was very dirty, bit of old carpet and bird poo covering the a/c box - not very inviting As a suggestion, Would be nice to have the essentials like salt and pepper on hand, only place in our 10 day trip that didn’t

I was sent multiple emails with house rules - about 5 or 6 - before arriving. I’m happy to have one email sent, but this seemed excessive. The house rules also stated that the hosts were indemnified against any breakages or faults of their equipment and against any accident or injury of a guest. Not entirely sure this holds up against Australian consumer law!

We arrived in torrential rain and the temperature was only 8C degrees. The heating had not been turned on and it was quite cold inside the apartment. We tried to turn on the reverse cycle heating/aircon, but without success. Our neighbours also tried with their remote, but they too were unable to turn on the heating. However, we did find two electric heaters in the bedroom cupboards and were able to heat the lounge/kitchen area with these heaters. That was the only negative aspect of our stay.

The location was conveniently situated on the road to Freycinet National Park and Wine glass Bay. The property was very quiet at night.

Would have been a bonus to have had some cooking oil provided as this is difficult to travel with. This is the only place in Tasmania we have stayed at where it's not provided

Handy location to explore Coles Bay. Modernized cottage with adjoining apartment. Well set up with bbq and cooking facilities, salt and pepper, coffee and tea.

I needed their assistance with something after I had checked out so I messaged them as well as called them, but no one got back to me which I thought was strange after they sent me a few duplicate messages regarding checking in prior to my stay.

It is overall a very nice place with all the facilities. Quiet, private and comfortable.

Heat pump struggled to keep us warm and it would turn itself off occasionally, filters may have needed cleaning.

wasn't impressed that I was going to be charged extra if checking in an hour earlier. Which I cancelled due to not wanting to pay extra for one hour. I actually would have cancelled the accommodation over this had there been more time. I think 3 o'clock check-ins are unreasonable.

I loved how clean the property was. Lot's of room Didn't need to use the laundry facilities due to short stay but was impressed there was a washing machine and dryer. Bed was comfy.

Modern unit with lots of space and natural light. Off-street parking was available. Great location, just around the corner from the township of Coles Bay and only 10 minutes from the depths of the national park. The beds were really comfy too.

Unfortunately it needs a good clean. It's shocking to see skid marks on toilet brush. The.shower water went down very slowly because the drainage was blocked by a pile of hair. The glass table had dirt and sand, so we had to wipe it ourselves. It seems pest control hasn't been done as there were ants on the kitchen bench. Overall, it was very disappointing. It's the worst place we stayed in Tasmania. The only good thing is the location. Ironically, the property manager sent so many messages emphasising that if we didn't leave the places clean, there would be extra cleaning charges. It makes me wonder what kind of standard that would be.

It's in a great location, and the layout is functional.

The owners of this property clearly spent more on making the photos look amazing, which is what we were expecting. Instead, we arrived at a single story house (split into two apartments) separated by a wall with Lino flooring and random bits of furniture. The beds were uncomfortable as if they were picked up from the side of the road. The pillows, well, weren’t really pillows. I ended up putting my puffer jacket in the pillow case. The saving grace was it was close to the restaurant we at at and that we only had to stay one night. If I had only paid $160 I would have been on with it. Not the almost $600.
