Dinner was pretty average, quite cold especially the chips and it took a while to arrive.

The bathroom felt a little outdated, but it didn't affect our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa regardless!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean. I really enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna, such a great facility to have. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you could want. The view over the golf course and the hills was beautiful.

1) Building structure soundproofing not the best, we stayed at ground floor so we could hear people and footsteps (balcony) above us plus door banging (they closes hard) from our neighbours 2) Although the pool/spa/sauna are indoor, unless you’re staying in the same building you will need to walk outdoor from your building to the facility meaning it’s not ideal in cold weather 3) Single parking spot only per room/apartment, not a deal breaker but the space is relatively tight so if you have a wider car (like most modern cars are these days) you will struggle to get in and out 4) 3 air conditioners in our apartment and only one of the remote works, which is the same brand manufacturer remote as the air conditioner. The other two supplied were of generic brand remote which don’t work at all. Would have been better if it’s a central system 5) no free drinking water (water filtration system would have been great) 6) Mobile network in this area is not the beat, plus their free wifi is very slow by today’s standard, I was struggling to get anything more than 10mbps.

1) The location is beautiful overlooking the course 2) Indoor pool, spa and sauna a big plus for winter weather albeit smaller in size 3) Plenty of parking but only one space per room (even if you have two rooms apartment) 4) Option for an apartment with 2 rooms (great for families) 5) Saw free Tesla destination charger, so it’s great for EV drivers 6) Apartment comes with washer, dryer, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc so great if you want to make a quick meal when staying in

Great spacious, clean and comfortable room with a great view over the golf course. Location near the shopping centre was good.

Just two things - one is a personal preference and that is I'd have liked more bench space in the bathroom for personal items; And this - there was a grubby ring around the tiles at the surface of the pool. Just needs a scourer and a bit of Jif to get that off! (It put me off going in again after the once).

Everything. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Dinner was also lovely and drinks are reasonable, not overpriced.

Main Bed was what I would rate Hard as my wife has back issues. BUT after talking to the staff they arranged to place an extra doona underneath the bottom sheet which made the bed a bit softer. Perhaps they should stock a couple of mattress toppers in case other people have the same issues as we did. We all know if the bed is uncomfortable its not easy to get a good nights rest after a big day out.

Room was clean with crispy clean linen, staff were very good and food offered in the dinning area was a little short in the Menu for Non Restaurant style food.(You know the every day food) But the Chicken Schnitty was great !!!

Just an overnight stay as part of a road trip, it's a typical golf/ country club. Spacious room with balcony over looking the course, super powerful shower and comfy bed. Didn't get to utilise much of the hotel, had lunch and dinner and food was good. Victor Harbour is a lovely spot, breakfast at the Causeway Cafe was great!

My only complaint would be that they could have a bit more cutlery and glasses/plates in the room, especially wine glasses. Everything else was great.

Beautiful grounds, great bar and food, lovely staff and the rooms were really nice and comfortable, especially the spa room.

Breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming. Only white bread available for toast and very limited choices all round.

Outlook from the apartment was really nice. A view of the golf course looking over a lovely lilly pad covered pond.

Too bright at night, although that would help with safety; better curtains to block out light would be ideal. One or two facilities for smaller children would be nice, but we understand children are not the main demographic.

The bed was a bit too firm for me.

Quiet area with lovely views of the surrounds. Only 5 mins drive into the centre of Victor Harbor, and handy to pop into Coles at the end of the street. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and reception stays open past business hours. We'd definitely stay here again.

Internet was very poor - essentially did not work for our stay. This would be the only thing that would make me reconsider booking again.

Very comfortable stay. Staff very pleasant, especially at hotel restaurant.

Beautiful spot and beautiful views! We loved our stay. Had a yummy meal for dinner in the bistro, great service from the staff.
