Just two things - one is a personal preference and that is I'd have liked more bench space in the bathroom for personal items; And this - there was a grubby ring around the tiles at the surface of the pool. Just needs a scourer and a bit of Jif to get that off! (It put me off going in again after the once).

Everything. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Dinner was also lovely and drinks are reasonable, not overpriced.

Main Bed was what I would rate Hard as my wife has back issues. BUT after talking to the staff they arranged to place an extra doona underneath the bottom sheet which made the bed a bit softer. Perhaps they should stock a couple of mattress toppers in case other people have the same issues as we did. We all know if the bed is uncomfortable its not easy to get a good nights rest after a big day out.

Room was clean with crispy clean linen, staff were very good and food offered in the dinning area was a little short in the Menu for Non Restaurant style food.(You know the every day food) But the Chicken Schnitty was great !!!

Just an overnight stay as part of a road trip, it's a typical golf/ country club. Spacious room with balcony over looking the course, super powerful shower and comfy bed. Didn't get to utilise much of the hotel, had lunch and dinner and food was good. Victor Harbour is a lovely spot, breakfast at the Causeway Cafe was great!

My only complaint would be that they could have a bit more cutlery and glasses/plates in the room, especially wine glasses. Everything else was great.

Breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming. Only white bread available for toast and very limited choices all round.

Outlook from the apartment was really nice. A view of the golf course looking over a lovely lilly pad covered pond.

Too bright at night, although that would help with safety; better curtains to block out light would be ideal. One or two facilities for smaller children would be nice, but we understand children are not the main demographic.

The bed was a bit too firm for me.

Quiet area with lovely views of the surrounds. Only 5 mins drive into the centre of Victor Harbor, and handy to pop into Coles at the end of the street. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and reception stays open past business hours. We'd definitely stay here again.

Internet was very poor - essentially did not work for our stay. This would be the only thing that would make me reconsider booking again.

I was dissatisfied with the cleaning of the bathroom. On my arrival I checked the bathroom and found small dark hairs behind the tap at they hand basin and small hairs on bath ledge . Also the raised ledge where the tiles meet the painted wall was very dusty, and obviously hadn’t been properly damp wiped for some time.

The only negative for us was the lengthy walk down a long corridor and out into the guests' carpark. However, the design of the place does dictate this small inconvenience.

We stayed two nights and were given an excellent, spacious room for the price, with a wonderful view across the golf course to the ranges. The facilities were top notch and clean, the bed was very comfy and the only noise we heard was a passing thunderstorm! The breakfast (included in our rate) was tasty and filling. The Danish pastries were especially good. The foyer staff were always helpful and friendly. While we didn't use the indoor pool, sauna or the gym, I did have a look at them and came away impressed.
