The public areas of the complex are a bit old and run down. It didn't impact us at all but some people may have a different view.

The room itself was very clean, updated with lots of space with a full kitchen. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to most things we wanted to see. Also, the area had plenty of bars & restaurants that we were able to walk to as well.

No Internet access unless you pay extra. Pointless to place smart tv’s in the rooms when you can’t utilise them. Parking is very tight if you have a bigger vehicle and an added cost.

We had to pay for the parking and one day it was ocuped.

The place is quiet, perfect to have a rest. Excellent location. The apartment was clean, and it has good furniture and appliances.

The cleanliness of the toilet was not good (external part of the bowl - yuk). Had to clean that myself. There was construction on the building itself so it was unpleasant to have scaffolding around the place and I nearly had my head taken off by a worker walking past me with 2 long metal poles - they should mention this is taking place on the booking site. It was also very noisy but luckily we were there over Easter so construction stopped for most of our trip. I didn't like that we had to pay $10 extra per day for parking our car in the carpark - that should have been included in the price of the apartment.

Location was excellent. Lovely view from balcony and room was spacious with a large bathroom which was an excellent size.

There is no property information provided for guests - no details of pool hours, where to recycle bottles/cans (room serviced weekly). Ask reception about this and was given a Canberra info map - not property specific. Room phone doesn’t work - reception told me “the wires are down in the concrete”. Then remove it from the room. Frustrating ringing a phone that doesn’t work. No way to contact staff when we had a couple of groups being loud and disrespectful in the late of night. Free wifi was ok, but a bit slow and frustrating at times. Option available to upgrade at $. Reception manned 9:00 - 6:00pm by one person. This property has recently changed hands and they are obviously upgrading to a very high standard. It was a pity our visit coincided with the roof repairs - being woken at 7am by tradies on the roof with drills, banging and yelling (some colourful language) directly above your bed was not expected (or prewarned via email before we arrived). Then the bashing of scaffold removal from 7 am for 3 days didn’t add to the ambience! Would have been a big issue for family with young children / baby trying to sleep.

Great location, beautifully presented, close to shops, restaurants nearby, walkable to many local facilities. Lovely 2 brm on 2nd floor, very nice large balcony, king size bed, well equipped kitchen. Building well insulated - didn’t feel the cooler 5 degree mornings. Secure undercover parking with lift to all floors. Lovely covered verandahs all around the property, well maintained gardens. Indoor and outdoor pools, bbqs. Hire bikes available. The housekeeping staff were fabulous and obliging - definitely an asset.

Property being renovated when we stayed In February. Air conditioning didn’t work in main bedroom and none in second bedroom which is not ideal for Australian summer. WiFi stopped working and wasn’t able to be fixed during the stay despite staff’s best efforts. Not ideal when you have a teenager without their own mobile data package as visiting from abroad.

The aircon was not working properly and this was annoying (room 125). We thought the provided washing powders/gels and coffee/sugar etc. were on the lean side.

Circulation around the apartment could be a bit better when hot. It seems the place was in the process of being renovated. A fair bit of construction work around which made getting to the apartment tricky if you need a paved/smooth surface for a wheelchair or heavy bags.

We didn’t have a plug for bath, and never got one despite asking staff. We think there was a communication issue between reception and other staff. The gym was rather small. The facility was being renovated so there was scaffolding everywhere. It really was fine though. Room was clean and quiet and comfortable

It was comfortable with everything I needed and close to Kingston with restaurants etc. Choice of 2 pools which were nice. Gym was a bonus

Parking information was poorly displayed. We received an email saying it was free and they were acknowledging our message that we required undercover parking. Subsequently a second email stated parking was $10 and is subject to availability. Reception informed us on arrival at the apartments that if we booked via bookings.com there was a charge of $10. They said the information was on the site where we booked, but it is in the fine print.

The access around the scaffolding in the garden was a little difficult as I did not always drive and hence return via the carpark and lift. The shower in a bathtub is less than ideal...could be updated to a walk in shower only.

Every time we have stayed the WiFi is very poor. It either doesn't work at all of is very slow when it does.

It is a great location when going to games at Manuka Oval. The beds are comfortable and it has parking.
