It was a little rough on the level of cleanliness on closer observation. The fridge had a lot of grime in it and the towels were off color. Floor was also messy. The front desk staff was really hard to track down—they wouldn’t answer calls and weren’t anywhere to be found most of the time.

For the rating it was ok. Looked clean and aesthetically pleasing. It felt safe and comfortable.

They need more staffing. The staff they had were friendly and helpful, but when I checked in room 302, the smoke dectetor was chirping. I called the nice girl who was shorter than I am (I'm 5'2:") she came with a chair because she couldn't find a ladder and couldn't reach the detector. I had to get on the chair and barely reached. Would have been nice for her to have had some help. Another thing that bothered me was the flood lights that shone through the curtains. Why do they need to protect their garbage so aggressively?

Everything was good with exception of front desk lady , she wasn't properly trained which wasn't her problem and she didn't know how to enter our deposit so we had to pay cash , also she was telling us that we wouldn't get our deposit back and had to call her boss for clarity . Like I said it was just lack of training on her boss that she didn't have knowledge needed to be her best on the job

There was no tissues in room and when we got to are room it wS freezing heat wasn't on and there was cheerios all on floor and sheets were yellow for just having remodel

Did not eat breakfast either day....no tables and chairs in breakfast area. Limited breakfast. Swimming pool not working ... apparently has been out of service all year??? There two nights....no maid service.

The staff was terrible -Patel. He should not be in customer service. Whether you book directly or through 3rd party, you should not have hidden charges or be harassed when you check in. Very unprofessional.

Had to be moved to a new room 5 times due to issues with the room on the day of arrival. Dirty toilet in first room. Locks didn't work on another room. Backed up sewer into tub in another room. It was disappointing and exhausting moving from room to room so many times after driving for 9 hours.

Breakfast bar was awful. The apples looked like they had been there for a month and it was virtually empty on our first Morning. had to call for an absentee front desk clerk 4 times before he answered. Had no idea where he was. The desk clerk at check in was the only good thing about my stay. She was great!

The blackout curtains were not enough to block light coming in from very bright lights outside. Thank goodness I brought eye shades with me. The towels were too small.

The breakfast was not good. The eggs were a powdered mix, cold, and watery. The staff did not know what kind of meat was in the sausage and the coffee was very watered down. Our bathroom sink was clogged, our air unit did not cool and we woke up all night sweating, the metal basses on the beds made tin can noises with every move, and the outlets and lights between the beds did not work. We had to charge our phones across the room. Also, homeless people use the property as part of their walking path out of a wooded area. Most of the time, no one was at the front desk. The two positives were that the room was clean and the staff were nice. We would never stay there again.

Poorly designed room layout, with shower/toilet in a separate space from the bathroom sink and countertop. The bathroom sink and countertop were directly beside the room door. No carpet or rugs. The only chair in the room was an office-style chair; a comfortable upholstered chair or sofa is desperately needed. The storage space was limited to two small drawers and a couple of small shelves; more space is needed. Flimsy towels. With all this in mind, the cost of the room was much too high.

Very comfortable bed. Helpful, courteous staff. TV was higher quality than expected. Good parking lot setup.
