We were supposed to have the room serviced on Tuesday but no one showed up to clean the room. We let the front desk know and they came the day before we were to check out so we told them not to bother.

Overall it was an excellent stay.

It is in a very central location with a lot of transport links nearby. Good sized room with excellent facilities. Reception staff very helpful.

The only down side I can think of is the bathroom is tad tight for the size apartment it is. And the washing machine and dryer is not the most user friendly, bit hard to operate. However for a short stay and if you don't need to wash then doesn't really matter.

The location is perfect right next to Chinatown light rail stop enabling easy access around the city. The room was bigger than expected and the bed super comfy. Plenty of space to spread out, really nicely appointed apartment.

Small sense of judgement by check in staff being a young solo traveler checking into a nice establishment. Was to that due to the length of my stay I 'wouldn't need to know about most of the facilities'. A regular guest was checking in at the same time and seemed to have far better attention from staff.

Great location and excellent facilities. The room exceeded expectations. Quick check in process and comfortable accommodation. Well arranged kitchen with coffee machine, dish washer and washer/dryer.

A more comfortable sofa would be nice. The grate in the shower was a bit sharp under foot which we reported to reception as we felt it had the potential to cut someone if not addressed.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in Chinatown. Everything was immaculately clean and the room was decorated in a lovely modern style. Nice to have washing facilities too. A really great base for a few days in Sydney.

The indoor swimming pool was quite cold and not heated.

Excellent location, soundproofed as well so minimal noise in the studio room.  Comfortable bed, plenty of amenities and cooking appliances/equipment.

The remote for the Air conditioner didn’t work. Just needed some new batteries we think. There was no face washes.

Close to Capitol Theatre. Walking distance to food , Darling Harbour. Friendly and Helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The spa was dirty, when I turned on the bubbles scum came to the top and obviously needed a clean. Also the pool and spa were not warm or hot (but that may be personal preference)

The room was awesome, everything we needed and more. Comfortable and clean. Only issue was the shower door pushed out water making the bathroom floor very wet but hardly anything to worry about

Only a doona on the bed so had to run the air conditioner as cold as it would go all night. Would like to have had a light blanket and been able to sleep without using the air conditioner. Shower leaked and floor was very slippery when wet.

Toilets can be a little more cleaner please. The seats weren't tidy enough, also the wash basin water was clogging, these needs to be maintained please.

We liked the fully equipped room, we could use the cooktop, refridgerator, washing machine and dryer, amazing property located in the heart of the city!
