The shower in the room with 3 single beds was dreadful. Poor flow & it didn't mix the hot & cold water. You could have scalding hot or cold showers. Not warm.

Bath was patched up, shower head didn’t work properly, door jams were rusty only left 1 extra roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay and reception was closed on weekends.

WI-FI is terrible, not even any service in some units at all.

We work in Coffs Stadium a lot and so we stay in Coffs Harbour a lot. I would go as far as to say, it was the most comfortable places we have stayed.

The apartment was a little dirty in some areas. The lower shelves, fan and entertainment unit were all very dusty. It seems only the most essential cleaning is carried out in between guests. There were cigarette butts in a hole in the balcony railing that our children found. There were no tea towels or kitchen sponges left for us- probably an oversight, but difficult to fix when reception is closed. The television is big, but the sound is terrible, it was impossible to hear dialogue in a number of programs, and the remote control was very difficult to use on the smart tv apps.

Resort layout, pool, proximity to the beach was great. The apartment was well appointed with great kitchen. Plenty of options for a family, sofa bed plus fold away bed.

Our little house could do with a window clean and maybe just a little of TLC. Caretaker was a little combative over us having a BBQ and kids being kids. We left the bbq area cleaner than we found it. Room wise. The dryer didn't work. Kept shorting itself out and has definitely seen the end of it's life. Part of the reason we stayed was for the in room washing facilities. Being at an afl tournament, I was keen for a washer and dryer that worked. That was a huge let down

The spot was amazing. Our room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. And will definitely be back

The room needed a more thorough clean. There was chocolate mashed into the carpet that was there when we arrived, black cobwebs on the ceiling fan and a sock under the lounge. There were also not many cleaning supplies.

I liked the layout of the resort and our room had almost everything we required.

Windows had blinds but no curtains. You could see through large gaps. Felt that I didn't have enough privacy. Wasn't as clean as I would like. Stains on bench tops, down the cupboard door and coffee cups had tea stains. No bath if you had young children. Air-conditioning was hard to work out.

Had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable, 2 lounges, dining table, washing machine and dryer. Had a little private court yard.

In room 153, great located villa. Only issue is most doors in the villa were difficult to open, and main room not completely cut off from the living room. These are only petty grievances though.

Very happy with the rooms, great first impression, plenty of room and facilities. Thanks to the manager for letting us charge our EV car with a slow charger at the facilities, Coffs does not have a great EV network. Reception were very friendly, it's a pity we didn't get to try the restaurant.

the rooms are a bit dated and so is the bathroom. the bed was really soft and sunk in the middle. there’s no bathroom near the pool area so you might need to run to your villa if you need to go. there’s no mobile reception in the rooms so we had to walk to the pool area to be able to get messages and make calls.

the location is what makes this property great. there’s 3 pools to choose from and a beach just a few metres from the pool. nice tropical gardens
