The property is some distance from the beach and the centre of Arcachon town. A good 45 minute walk.

Easy to find, good car park at the rear, lift to all floors, nice welcome air conditioning. Nice balcony to sit out on. There is a Bar just up the street, a supermarket and several restaurants close by.

Not so keen on the ‘urban’ decor in the bathroom but all the facilities functioned fine so it’s more a question of personal taste. There was very little we did not like really for the 3 stars

Good sized room with a balcony with excellent views over the marina and the Bassin d’Arcachon. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Staff were very helpful. We felt very relaxed from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was good and we were pleased with the off road parking. A good location handy for everything with restaurants, coffee shops and boulangeries all within a short stroll.

It would be good if the wifi encryption could be upgraded to state of the art (at least WPA 2). It still has WEP which prevents using WiFi with a decent iPhone. Mac Computer also raises warnings and Apple Mail can't be received due to security reasons. Wifi Speed is good.

Free "Upgrade" to the Upgrade, I got a upgrade to superior room through Booking.com and even got a premium room with the best view during the low season in February at the hotel. Great view on the harbor from the terrace. Free Parking at the hotel is also very useful. (But the entrance to the parking is quite tight...)

- The road next to the hotel is quite small but incredibly noisy, we were able to sleep with earplugs only. - There was a window leading from the bathroom to the bedroom providing an incredible view at anyone sitting on the toilet. This is a terrible room design.

- We had an amazing sea view from our balcony. - The location was nice. - Hotel stuff was nice and friendly.

Of the shortcomings, the lack of a mini-fridge can be noted. It would come in very handy during the summer heat.

I stay here not the first time, nice hotel, friendly staff. The room is not very big but quite comfortable. If the windows overlook the street, then it is noisy, and if it is in the courtyard, you can sleep with the windows open.

Parking was not always available at hotel and the spaces were tight. Street bin collection was very early in the morning and noisy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from our room and balcony towards the marina and the sea was lovely and very entertaining. Located not in the centre of the town but with a good boardwalk along the beach to the town. Great selection of restaurants nearby, so no need to walk into town to eat. If you like architecture, this town is a feast for your eye.

The room didn’t have cold water on our first night and into the second day. We were allowed to use another room to shower etc. The air-conditioning didn’t really work and if the room gets warm there is noise from the busy road if you open the windows. The internet is intermittent in the room.

Receptionist good and helpful. Requested (and paid for) a sea view with balcony which was what we got. The room was clean and had kettle which is always good.

The paid breakfast was very poor. I never appreciate being served cheese wrapped in plastic. The options were very limited with no hot options.

The room was larger than I expected with a very good view overlooking the bay. Large enough balcony to sit outside on to have coffee in the sun looking at the water.

This is a very pleasant small hotel (obviously popular with business people) which is very well located and run by friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. It is easy to find when arriving by car and has the virtue of being on the edge of the town. It is one block back from the waterfront which, in this area, mainly provides private homes: nice views from the upper floors: town centre is a 10 to 15 minute gentle level stroll (options of walking the vehicular traffic route or using a waterfront pedestrian boardwalk, both having their virtues) or three or four minutes by car: good eateries nearby with quality breakfast served in the hotel. On site parking behind the hotel. We wouldn't consider trying anywhere else after this experience.

There was no cold water from the tap, only very warm, and the weather outside was +36c. I told the receptionist about this and was offered an option to buy bottled cold water. There should be free cold drinking water avaiilable in a hotel, not just bottled drinking water that you have to pay for. Also there was no fridge or minibar where you could put cool drinks to in the room.

Air conditioning worked well.

Bad experience. Be careful. It might look like you can select twin beds or large beds but truth is that they do not accommodate the request, nor do they provide refund or try to find a simple solution to separate or merge the beds (it takes two bedsheets instead of one). Totally customer unfriendly.

Nothing, for me this was perfect.

Fantastic hotel, well located slightly outside the city centre but close to local restaurants, café and bars. Location is nice as you have beaches and city centre within a short walking distance. You have a bike rental close if you would like but not necessary as everything is close to the hotel. Rooms was spacious, clean with a large balcony and view of the village or the beaches. Staff is very supporting and helpful and cleaning was very good. Parking availibilty is appreciated.

Very clean rooms, nice stuff

Breakfast wasnt as i expected. not many choices very clean rooms. but the price is a bit high and Pics on booking.com seem much better than reality.
