We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe facilities are great except WiFi. We are a group of 5, but WiFi at the property only allows us to connect to 4 devices. In addition, the connection was not stable and kept dropping off.
Location is very convenient. We can walk to the beach and the town center. Rooms are clean. Great with parking on site in front of the apartment.

Good location, very clean and tidy. We had the superior 2 bedroom apartment. A fantastic option when travelling with the kids. We will definitely stay again.

AustraliaWe weren't too impressed with the guy spraying insecticide around and on our car. A couple of appliances didn't work. Mattresses and pillows need updating. The whole unit needs some TLC It's time to take down the restaurant sign.

Excellent location, not too far from Nelson Bay. The beach is only a short walk away. We went diving at Fly Point and we geared up at home and walked to the dive site. Friendly staff helped us as we were travelling with my parents and a 7 month old baby. My dad has mobility issues and they accommodated all requests. We got a very large clean and modern apartment with separate bedrooms for us and my parents.

AustraliaI didn’t like the sandy floors in the apartment. I also received a call stating a lamp was missing which we did not touch or take. Then they asked us to pay $30 to replace it. To be accused of taking the lamp was out of line. I was then told the cleaners keep a checklist and it was there when it was cleaned. Never have I taken anything from a Motel especially 1 lamp. Very disappointing call
