Few cockroaches inside room, also vending machine did not work properly. Lost money on it

Ghetto room with dirty carpet shagged out bed, and the bathroom was third world standard. Glassware disgustingly grubby, and the little noisy fridge froze my food and canned beverage in an hour! The room was absolutely nothing remotely like any of the photos on the webpage. No lighting in the car park, resembled a crackhouse ally way.

Booking was easy. Communication was good.

Very run down premises with a dodgy lick of paint. Laundry has washing machine only, no drying facilities. Bathroom not very clean. Cups dirty in the cupboard, no plates. Dining chairs dirty.

Beds comfy and clean. Close to the beach. Good WiFi. Good size room.

On entering the room the smell of mould was quite strong. While the bedding was clean, there was so much mould in the shower that I wore thongs (flip flops). The furniture was old and quite stained. The lamp beside my bed didn't work and there were no easily accessible PowerPoints next to the bed. This place is ok for overnight but I wouldn't want to be there for a week.

I thought the location was great and also appreciated that it was quiet. The instructions on how to access my room and the building were clear and there is parking provided although for a fee. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows and the air-conditioner was great and super quiet. There was also a kettle and microwave and fresh milk in the fridge. However, no toaster

I'm not usually one to complain, but this hotel does have some issues that need addressing: Entry instructions in the emails are different to those at the entrance to the hotel Parking was very difficult, customers would benefit from some instructions on where the longer term street parking is located. Queen bed was two singles pushed together, very uncomfortable

The state of the property was pretty disgusting, smelt like smoke and was very dirty

We actually moved out check out earlier, U called the management number and they were very helpful and refunded the night we didn't stay

The shower was no good for my 6 ft partner as it aimed at his chest . The pressure was very low, and the rose head was loose and worn and couldn't be tightened. The bath was extremely slippery and made it dangerous to step into. The other guests were running up and down the halls at 3am and as there are no staff in house there was no one to stop them . Just a few concerns but would stay again.

We liked the closeness to the beach and the view. The bed was really comfortable, and the air con was awesome on such a hot day .

Room wasn't clean, carpet was dirty, floor in bathroom was dirty, overall the place wasn't clean. I cleaned the bathroom myself before I used it.
