The little 2 hob top didn't get very hot and difficult to cook or fry anything...so mainly used the microwave...

The appartment overlooked the sea. It was a absolutely amazing view and so quiet you could not hear any cars. It was very spacious and comfortable with AC available. Lots of cafes..Ice cream shops just below and along the street... Easy access by lift to each floor. If I had any queries at all the owners dealt with it immediately. Would definitely go back again..

Personal preference here, the mattress was too soft for me, and the shower pressure was a little low.

The accommodation was perfect for what I wanted for my week in Larnaca. A good-sized apartment with a balcony, fair sized bathroom, living area/bedroom was large, kitchen had enough supplies for me to cook if I felt so inclined, I wasn't 😉 Close by are a good selection of Cafés and Restaurants, with a reasonably sized kiosk a couple of minutes walk away.

Very bad and old bathroom, hot water didn’t really work. At one hand it was great not to see personnel, but nobody took out trash for the whole week.

The aircondition was very slow the bath tab water took ages to vacate ( bath room needs renovation and detailed cleaning) inside kitchen cupboards are old - outside looks good ! broom / mop/ hanging cloths stand all need replacement they ate old and rotten

You could not really lock the door, that was unusual to me, but everything ok. In my opinion it was a little overprized, regarding the state of equipment/furniture.

Very good location for my purpose. Calm at night, seaview. Everything you needed was there. Also good Wfi and AC, fridge, kitchen and little balkony. It was clean and sufficient towels etc in place. My plane arrived before official check in and i was allowed to do an early check in.

Good mid-level apartment, worth every cent I paid for. Location - I like this place. Far from crowded center, in fact, directly on the beach. Straight exit to the beach from the ground floor. There are small supermarket and restaurants near about. Room - spacy enough; fridge, wash machine, oven, microwave, iron - present. There a enough kitchen utensil ,glasses, etc. Comfortable bad, balcony with small table, two chairs and magnificent view :-) Hosts are friendly, ready to help and reacts quickly. Special thanks for early check in. We spent very good time. Thank you to the host. Evidently, I recommend this property.

It would be nice if there were some kind of lowered curtains on the balcony - you can't be there in the morning - direct rays of the sun.

Lacked some basic items - chopping board, serrated or sharp knife, mixing bowl/salad bowl, mixing spoon frying pan, any serving dishes etc Also shower head not suited to cradle as only sent water horizontally . None a big deal but would have made a real difference to our stay. Also nothing already there no salt or pepper - real basics always welcome!

The apartment is located right on the beach, at the beginning of the avenue full of restaurants, coffee places, and ice cream shops. The instructions from the owner were easy and clear. Super clean and pleasant place suitable for both family and business travelers, equipped with everything you might need, including the first aid kit. Each morning, we've got an opportunity to enjoy the sunrise. All in all, it's 10 out of 10.

It was not clean. Needs renovation. Sometimes awful sewer smell. Also saw some cockroaches. It's really hot in the morning.

*WARNING*HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE! Everything was disgusting and wrong! Nothing like the description or photos! Tiny, no privacy. The balcony is so tiny can hardly fit two people. No privacy from the room next door. You can hear the people cough next door! Filthy, mold in the shower on the walls, the kitchen is so nasty, no way I would cook it eat anything there. Mismatched dishes/utensils, drawers barely open. NO oven as stated in the description, but refused to give out money back to stay elsewhere! I don't know how it has good reviews! We left and stayed at a beautiful home with a private pool for what it cost here! Sea breeze villa's ... Go there! No comparison. No parking either, and was told it is not a safe place to bed at night. Trash everywhere and on the beach. Bugs too! The worst experience ever. Owners refused to refund money even though it did not have an oven as listed and was not acceptable for the cost as all! Owners stopped responding and refused to work with Booking too! Don't waste your money please.

The accommodation is showing its age and needs to be modernized. Very simple decor with plastic furniture. The outdoor units of the air conditioning were very annoying - it was not possible to fall asleep when the neighbor had the air conditioning running.

I really liked the proximity to the sea, which is the big (and unfortunately only) advantage of the accommodation.
