Nothing related to the room. Only think that was limited was catering facilities - they didn't have a cook so options for breakfast very limited.

Room was a very good size for family of 4 as there was an extra bed. Good layout and facilities: fridge, kettle and toaster. Room looked recently refurbished and tidy and clean.

Bathroom door was without lock and was a bit wonky.

Room was as good as I expected, clean bedsheets, well managed room. Had all the ammenities like oven, electric kettle, iron with stand and toaster. Had a lovely stay.

I would give 10 out of 10!

I went in early just pass 8am in the morning, asking reception if I could sit in the front office working on my laptop. I was so surprised I got my room key straight away “it’s ready for you”!

One thing that annoyed me, though, was the lack of "Face washers". This is the 2nd time we have come across this. There was a note on the piece of paper that we were handed, but of course, we waited until we got to our room to read it. And there it was, "will be provided upon request". Well, we were not about to march back down to reception and get them. I can't understand people providing " Bodywash" and not having washers to go with them. I am certainly not going to carry around a wet cloth in a plastic bag just to use their bodywash. Imagine the smell after a few days. Ughh.. no, it's back to good old soap for me. Apparently, it is becoming a thing now a days. This is one trend that needs to stop.

The rooms were very modern, clean and fresh. Also very comfortable. The beds were so soft and comfy - the best we have had this whole trip (AH BEARD). I travel with a single mattress topper (so inconvenient, so we don't travel as much now). Also, all the lights worked. Believe me when I say it's a first. We travelled for 24 days, and this was the only place where all the lights worked - yeh!! We liked this place a lot. The motel has a lot of stairs - I mean ALOT. There were even more stairs in our room. It was on 2 levels. We had quite a bit of a problem getting our gear into the room. Despite requesting limited stairs, we were given the one with the most. (Should have booked the disability room, as we do have a sticker.) But if you are fit and not mobility impaired (as we were), there was a great view from your front verandah, with chairs and table to enjoy a drink. It really is a stylish place to stay. Oh, I almost forgot, they have meals for you to heat up in your microwave - restaurant was closed due to no chef. There was a great selection as well, including desert. Unfortunately, we had already bought our frozen meal for the night (pity that). The prices were reasonable as well. Now, this would be a great trend to encourage.

Bathrooms have seen slightly better days as tiles are cracking and missing pieces out of them, shower was small and no door on it so bathroom floor gets pretty soaked.

Rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. Rooms are spacious and plenty of little bonuses like tea, coffee, biscuits,shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.

The room and bathroom were a bit small. It would have been okay just the 2 of us but with a baby and travel cot it was a tight squeeze. There are laundry facilities but you have to pay to use them.

The location was good for us, it was nice and quiet but only a short drive into Newcastle when we wanted to go. The beaches are also close by. The room was clean and they offer utensils and things if you need them. They also offer food onsite but I did not try it.

Rooms were spacious and clean. John - the property manager here greeted us when we reached there and have us an early check in as the room was available with no additional charge. Loved the service here.
