Very good location, close to Messezentrum, clean and very good breakfast, easy and free parking, very friendly stuff.

Very expensive price is justified by proximity to the exhibition center, but there are no bath accessories and kettle in the room. I no longer dream of slippers.This is a mismatch between the price and the services provided. I arrived at night and for 3 euros had tea in the bar of the room for 300 euros per night.

Not a lot of options for food or stores in the direct area. Not the hotels fault but is an inconvenience.

Wouldn't really plan on having dinner here. Without a car and with the cold weather outside, we decided to have dinner on one night. It doesn't seem to operate with a head cook on the premises and very limited choices. Not really worth the money. On the otherhand, breakfast was amazing !

Nice hotel with great breakfast, the staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Not too hard to walk to the train station and take the 10 minute trip to town. We did not have a car although it would be excellent if you had as the location is good with parking.

outside the city center (have to use public transportation/Subway), near to quite a noisy street but traffic was fortunately not so heavy during the weekend, smaller rooms.

Tasty breakfast, kind and helpful hotel staff, welcome drink was also nice, near to highway nr6, clean rooms, Subway station U1 was around 10 minutes to walk, fast and free WiFi, late checkout.

Everything was better than expected! Very good parking system with a door bell to open us when arriving for the first time. We were greeted very welcomingly and offered free drinks during check in and check out. The hotel and the rooms look great and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the covers as well, we felt pampered :) Breakfast was good. The staff was nice. Definitely recommend and would come back.

There’s only one lift, so when it is busy it can be a bit overwhelmed.

The staff are very welcoming and super kind. The young man who checked me in went above and beyond to make sure everyone each individual customer is happy. I was given complementary drinks and clear information about every aspect of the hotel. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I had a relaxing stay at this hotel. Parking was adequate. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Wer travel through Germany a lot. Most hotels are not really remarkable. This one definitely is! Staying from a free welcome drink, a free cold drink for the room to the very good breakfast and super friendly staff I can really say this hotel will be on our "best" list ! Wonderful job! And yes the rooms were great, too.

they block 650€ for a couple of days as a guarantee on credit card for a bill of 140€… it looks excessive.

Price.

Hotel has its own parking lot. Plenty of parking spaces and it's safe. NO worry, no hassle. Cleaning ladies are very friendly. Room and bathroom are very clean. Hotel is very close to the exhibition centre . Would come again

Absolutely fine experience with hotel. I came late after 23:00 and in 5 minutes i were in room. Perfectly managed, perfectly organized hotel. Great Breakfast. Breakfast starting in 6:00 - very good if you have full program for second day.
