The wi-fi is a little slow. It can be a little noisy with traffic but only slightly and only when you are used to very quiet nights.

Host is very approachable. Guest house well located for my venue by car or by foot. Room and amenities all very clean. Parking is available at no further charge. Just perfect!

I found the location much further from West Ryde and the station than it appeared to be - spent a lot of time driving. The iron in the room had scorch stains (I had to iron my clothes inside out). Not all outlets in power board behind fridge worked. was there an instruction manual for TV? Didn't see one.

Couldn’t get my room tv to work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was missing it’s cover and was dirty. The double power point next to the hand basin in the bathroom was not securely attached to the wall and could be dangerous.

The bedroom was excellent. The separate bathroom was mostly clean and tidy. Quiet location.

the ensuite a little small, plus the shelf (sliding door of shower was dusty) so could not put towel over. also the lack of washes was also a concern as partner could not get face wet ... so a washer would have been useful/

like the fact we could park off the street. the kitchen and dining table were good as we came in late and were able to prepare dinner and eat at table instead of in our room. the lounge area was also very comfortable with tv... where i was able to wait while partner was having day surgery.

Laundry was supposed to be included in the booking when I book the hotel. I checked before I make the booking. But they said i need to pay for the laundry. I didn’t wash my clothes for 4 days and this is a very bad experience.

The bed is comfortable. The room and toilet is clean.

Nothing I did not like as the photos were accurate so I knew what I was getting.

Checking in was simple and quick. Did not have to pay for parking. The room offered everything we required for an overnight stay.

I liked the down stairs room better than the upstairs room. No staff was at the site but the instructions worked well .

It was a complete stress. When I arrived there was no internet nor the code for the safe that contained the key of my room. After waiting for a while I was lucky that another guest arrived and called the owner. Then the problem became only the internet. She come to restart the router. However the internet was either down or too weak to load a simple page in less than 5 seconds. I had to miss a few working meetings because of that. The only comments from the owner was that the internet was excelent and there was something wrong with the settings of my laptop e smartphone (she was right, both settings only work when there is signal...). I have been in many remote and non-remote places of developed and developing countries and do not remember some internet as bad as this one. I ended up having to buy a sim card less than 24 hourse before a depart from Australia which should have been reinboursed but she just ignored. As a summary: if you need proper internet, don't stay there and avoid a lot of stress.

The house is organized and clean and the bed is comfortable.

Shared kitchen for everyone and communal bathroom for certain room options. Otherwise everything else was great.

It was advertised private bathroom but the bathroom was shared types where it was outside of the room which was annoying. The bathroom had a weird smell. The fire alarm went off at 3am which was really annoying.

I would have liked being able to cook but I knew I could not so the microwave was fine. Nothing I really missed.

It was a perfect location for my venue - 30 minutes walk and a lesser walk to the Metro station. There are many buses around. Shops are not far as well as a pub/restaurant. Very convenient home away from home.

There were no hooks anywhere to hang towels, but all good otherwise.

Comfy bed, quiet room, easy check-in and convenient location.(about 20 minutes walk from the Westfield Macquarie Centre).

I was needing somewhere cheaper than the city to stay for 2 nights, preferably with own ensuite. This place is good value for money as it's warm, clean, and with a very comfortable bed. Room has potential to be noisy if other house guests are loud, but rules are in place regarding noise. Check-in process easy
