Key access that relied upon my phone. After a long day of travel from Sydney without the ability to charge my phone I had to change my plans in the afternoon to get back to the hotel before my phone battery died. I then spent some of my afternoon seeking out and purchasing a portable charging device so I wouldn't be in that predicament again. I called the number for Hotel No emergencies to find out what my options were if I did get locked out and it went through to a voicemail. The carpark attendants are not there full time so I felt quite "on my own" should I have found myself locked out. You possibly need to warn patrons that they should write down numbers on a separate piece of paper or carry a portable charger. As a female travelling with my daughter I would have felt very vulnerable locked out at night. I am sure I am not alone in being a traveller who relies on a phone for email, phone contact numbers, maps, etc.

The entrance was a bit confusing. The carpark was a mess and entry from the carpark would make things a lot easier with bags etc.

It was a fun way to stay in the city. The ease of check in and check out was great with everything being on your phone. The colour pink was very pretty!

The mini bar "soft drinks" Sorry but they tasted awful - I understand that they were good for you & your gut but the drinks were not to our liking.

The location was ideal. Walking distance to Southbank and the Casino. Free coffee downstairs was great. Surprisingly, the peace and quiet.

The caravans were quirky but quite basic. Could do with a spruce up

The caravan not being level means that the shower doesn't drain and the shower base gradually filled with cold water. A reading light by the bed would be a good idea.

Very cool location and the caravans are a nice gimmick. The free minibar was a nice touch and the wifi was excellent.

A lot of noise from the outside. The airstream is not soundproofed at all, and being in the city center you can hear all the noise from the outside

A different experience. A bit like camping or glancing in the city but the airstream are very comfortable and all the little extras made it very enjoyable (parking, mini bar, coffee, little printer, iPad etc)

It was such a funky little spot to stay for a few nights. The complimentary snacks and activities (holey moley and bowling) were such a fun touch and really encouraged us to explore the area

There was nothing I didn't like. The hidden gem thing for entry seemed a bit unnecessary for me, but I can see why they do it. It doesn't have a reception area, so there's no option to leave luggage to collect later.

It's really quirky, it's the right price and couldn't be in a better location. It's not a hotel it's a sort of cross between glamping and Airbnb.

Lack of sound insulation - the other guests were very loud and we didn’t expect so much city noise all night.

There was no breakfast but we were grateful for the late checkout. Loved the quirkiness of the setup.

The only issues was there wasn’t a power point in the bathroom for the hair dryer and the parking situation wasn’t the best, it’s valet but calcium drips from the ceiling into your car and if left too long will damage your paint work, I suggest you clean it up as soon as possible.

Pretty cool place. Definitely unique, the entrance is quirky, the freebies are awesome and the fact that it has a full size shower, cooling and heating.
